مهمترین عوامل بوم شناختی موثر بر پراکنش گونه در معرض انقراض قره‌تاج (Anagyris foetida L. ) در شهرستان گیلان‌غرب

چکیده

برای بررسی مهمترین عوامل بوم شناختی موثر بر پراکنش قره‌تاج (Anagyris foetida L )، مطالعه‌ای در 12 نقطه از رویشگاه این گونه در شهرستان گیلان غرب انجام شد. نمونه برداری در هر نقطه به روش تصادفی- سیستماتیک و در پلات‌هایی با ابعاد 10×10 متر و نمونه گیری زیرآشکوب با استفاده از پلات‌های 1×1 متر انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری از خاک در هر پلات به حفر 3 چاله به عمق 50 سانتی‌متر انجام شد. ویژگی‌های خاک شامل درصد رس، سیلت، شن، گچ، آهک، هدایت الکتریکی، اسیدیته، فسفر، کلسیم، منیزیم، درصدسنگ وسنگ‌ریزه، نیتروژن، کربن و پتاسیم اندازه‌گیری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات خاک و پوشش گیاهی از روش‌ تجزیه واریانس و به منظور تعیین اثر عوامل محیطی بر تراکم و ارتفاع تاج‌ پوشش قره‌تاج از رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادکه شیب، اسیدیته، منیزیم، پتاسیم، رس، شن و ازت در بین مناطق رویشگاه در سطح یک درصد دارای اختلاف معنی‌داری است، نتایج رگرسیون گام‌ به گام نشان داد که مقدار ازت 77 درصد و درصد شیب رویشگاه 12 درصد از تغییرات تراکم(نوسانات تراکم 1000- 100 پایه درهکتار ) در مناطق مورد مطالعه را توجیه کرده و دارای رابطه مستقیم با تراکم هستند. همچنین ارتفاع تاج ‌پوشش در مناطق مورد مطالعه متاثر از ازت و درصد شن خاک بوده و این دو عامل در مجموع 50 درصد از تغییرات ارتفاع تاج‌پوشش قره تاج را توجیه می‌کنند. کلمات کلیدی: عوامل بوم شناختی، Anagyris foetida L، گیلان‌غرب، تراکم، ارتفاع تاج‌پوشش

چکیده [English]

In order to determine the most important ecological factors affecting distribution of Anagyris foetida, 12 research areas in the Gilan-e-Gharb of Kermanshah province were selected. Sampling of vegetation of each treatment was performed using random- systematic sampling in 20 × 20 square-meter plot and a plot of 1 × 1 m square was applied for understory sampling. Soil samples were taken at a depth of 50 cm in each plot at the foot of the plant and between the plants. Once in the laboratory, some soil physical and chemical properties such as clay, silt, sand, gypsum, lime, electrical conductivity, pH, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, percentage of stones and pebbles, nitrogen, carbon and potassium were measured. For analysis of the soil and vegetation analysis of variance was applied and, in order to determine the effect of environmental factors on the density and volume of Anagyris foetida covers, the multivariate regression was used. The analysis of variance demonstrated that the factors of slop, pH, magnesium, potasium, nitrogen, clay, sand, canopy, density and size of the habitat have a significant difference at the level of 1% .Regression analysis also showed that 89 percent of the variation in species Anagyris foetida could be justified by nitrogen and slope for the density of the canopy, and N and sand present justified about 50% of the changes in volume of canopy.
