پاسخ‌ نهال‌های غرقاب شدۀ بید ‌مجنون (Salix babylonica L.) به فلز سنگین روی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به­ دنبال پاسخ این سوال بوده­است که نهال­های بید مجنون (Salix babylonica L.) رشد یافته در رژیم غرقاب تا چه غلظتی از فلز سنگین روی (Zn) را تحمل می‏کنند. برای این مقصود، در یک مکان مُسَقّف، به مدت 120 روز نهال­های تحت شرایط غرقابی به پنج سطح مختلف فلز روی (0، 100، 1000، 1500و 2000 میکرو مولار) آغشته شدند. نتایج نشان داد که زنده­مانی نهال­ها در تمام غلظت­های اعمال شده 100 درصد بود. با افزایش فلز روی تغییری در رویش قطری، سطح برگ و سطح ویژه برگ ایجاد نشد، این در حالی است که در برخی سطوح نمک روی، رویش طولی، زی­تودۀ خشک برگ و زی­تودۀ خشک کل نهال کاهش یافت. در هر یک از سطوح تیمار نمک روی، غلظت نمک روی در ریشه بیشتر از اندام هوایی بود. بزرگترین اندازۀ فاکتور انتقال (59/0) در غلظت­ 1000 میکرو مولار مشاهده شد. شاخص­ مقاومت اندام­ هوایی و ریشه در غلظت‏های بالای نمک روی بیش از 90 درصد بود. با توجه به زنده­مانی 100 درصد، رویش مطلوب و شاخص مقاومت به­نسبت خوب نهال بید مجنون می­توان اظهار داشت که در محیط غرقابی نهال این گونه توانایی پالایش خاک­ آلوده به نمک روی تا غلظت 2000 میکرو مولارر را دارد. از این رو، در تحقیقات آتی، توانایی پالایش نهال غرقاب شدۀ این گونه در غلظت­های بالاتر نمک روی و نیز استعداد فیلترسازی ریشه­ای آن برای پالایش خاک و آب­ آلوده به فعالیت­های صنعتی و کشاورزی قابل توصیه است. همچنین، کاشت بید مجنون در فضای سبز شهری، عرصه­های ساحلی و جلگه‌ای، حاشیۀ رودخانه‌ها و محیط­های غرقابی که آلوده به فلز سنگین روی هستند می­تواند در برنامه­های اجرایی مد نظر قرار گیرد.
