توان رشد، تغذیه و تولید‌مثل اردک ماهی (Esox lucius) به‌عنوان یک گونة مهاجم در دریاچة زریبار مریوان، استان کردستان

چکیده

به‌منظور جمع‌آوری شواهد لازم مبنی بر مهاجم بودن گونة غیر بومی اردک‌ماهی (Esox lucius) در دریاچة زریبار مریوان، توان این گونه از نظر رشد، تغذیه و تولیدمثل طی یک​سال از دی ماه 1398 تا آذر ماه 1399 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. از چهار گروه سنی 2 تا 5 سال صید شده، بیشترین فراوانی در گروه سنی 3 مشاهده شد. نتایج روابط طول-وزن نشان​‌ د​اد که این جمعیت دارای رشد ایزومتریک می​باشد. مقادیر میانگین شاخص گنادوسوماتیک در هر دو جنس در بهمن​ماه به​طور معنی​داری بیش از سایر ماه​های نمونه​برداری بود (0/05>P). نتایج ماهانة توزیع فراوانی درصد مراحل رسیدگی جنسی نشان ​داد که بیشتر ماهیان نر و ماده از آذر ماه تا بهمن ماه در مرحلة پنجم (درحال تخمریزی) از مراحل رسیدگی جنسی می​باشند. میانگین (±خطای استاندارد) هم​آوری مطلق (1163±) 13139 تخمک و هم​آوری نسبی (1/67±) 20/37تخمک به‌ازای گرم وزن بدن تعیین شد. بیشترین درصد غذای مصرفی به‌ترتیب شامل ماهی کاراس، یک گونه قورباغه، عروس‌ماهی، کولی و آمورچه بود. بیشترین مقدار شاخص گاستروسوماتیک (7/89) و کمترین مقدار شاخص تهی بودن معده (39/52) در فصل بهار مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان ​داد که جمعیت اردک‌ماهی در دریاچة زریبار امکان تغذیه، رشد و انجام تولید‌مثل، مشابه با جمعیت​های طبیعی این گونه در سایر مناطق جغرافیایی را دارد. با توجه به تداوم حضور این گونه در دریاچة زریبار و همچنین شواهد حضور آن در بخش​های پایین‌دست دریاچه، چنین به‌نظر می​رسد که در چارچوب تعریف تهاجم زیستی، این گونه نه تنها در مرحلة استقرار یافتگی به‌عنوان گونة مهاجم قرار دارد بلکه توانسته است وارد رودخانة سیروان و حوضة دجله شده و به مرحلة گسترش از مراحل تبدیل به گونة مهاجم قرارگیرد.

The growth, feeding, and reproductive biology of the non-native Northern Pike (Esox lucius) were evaluated over a one-year period from January 2020 to December 2020 in order to find evidence on the invasive nature of this species in Zrebar Lake, Marivan. Specimens were categorized into four age classes (2 to 5 years), with the highest number observed in the 3-year-old age class. The length-weight relationship indicated isometric growth for the population. Mean gonadosomatic indices were significantly higher in February compared to other months for both sexes (P<0.05). The monthly distributions of gonad maturation stages revealed that most specimens reached the fifth stage (spawning) of gonad maturity from December to February. Mean absolute fecundity and relative fecundity were 13139±1.163 eggs per fish and 20.37±1.67 eggs per gram of body weight, respectively. The most consumed food items were Carassius sp., Rana sp., Squalius sp., Alburnus sp., and Pseudorasbora parva. The highest gastro-somatic index and lowest vacuity index were observed in spring. The results indicate that the Northern Pike population in Zrebar Lake can feed, grow, and reproduce similarly to natural populations in other regions. The continued presence of this species in Zrebar Lake and its spread to the Sirvan River and Tigris Basin suggest that the Northern Pike is not only in the establishment phase but has also reached the expansion phase as an invasive species.
