ارزیابی تغییرات شاخص‌های تنوع‌زیستی در فواصل مختلف از جاده‌های جنگلی غرب گیلان (مطالعة جنگل‌های چفرود گیلان)

چکیده

ارزیابی تغییرات خصوصیات اکولوژیک در اکوسیستم برای اعمال برنامه ­ریزی و مدیریت صحیح ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تغییرات خصوصیات اکولوژیک جنگل در حاشیة جاده ­های جنگلی در جنگل ­های غرب استان گیلان انجام شد. بدین‌منظور، دو جاده با قدمت ساخت متفاوت انتخاب شد. در هر جاده 10 ترانسکت به طول 70 متر به سمت بالا و پایین دامنه پیاده شد. در هر ترانسکت در فواصل 1 متر، 10 متر و 50 متر از لبة جاده، قطعات نمونه با مساحت 20 مترمربع پیاده و نوع و تعداد گونه‌های چوبی برداشت شد. برای بررسی تنوع از شاخص­های سیمپسون، غنای منهینیک و یکنواختی پیلو و جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تجزیه­واریانس و آزمون­ های دانکن و LSD استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که زادآوری گونه‌ها در طبقات فاصله ای (0/021=pvalue)، جاده جدیدساخت و قدیم ساخت (033/ 0=pvalue) و بالادست و پایین دست (0/046=pvalue) متفاوت است. همچنین نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد هر چند شاخص یکنواختی پیلو بین فواصل مختلف جاده، نوع جاده و نوع دامنه اختلافی نشان نمی ­دهد (0/1<pvalue)؛ اما تنوع سیمپسون در طبقات فاصله­ ای (0/010=pvalue) و نوع جاده (0/032=pvalue) و غنای منهینیک در طبقات فاصله ­ای (0/00=pvalue) و نوع جاده (0/00=pvalue) تفاوت معنی­ داری دارند. براساس یافته ­های تحقیق، لازم است تا حد امکان در ساخت جاده ­های جنگلی علاوه بر رعایت اصول فنی، ملاحظات محیط ­زیستی نیز مدنظر قرار گیرد.

Evaluation of ecological properties variants of ecosystem is necessary for planning and correct management. This research was done with the aim of evaluation of ecological properties variants of forest in forest road edges   in western part of Guilan province. For this purpose, two roads with different age condistions were selected. In each road transects (70m) were established and plots with 200m2 area were established in 1, 10 and 50 m distances from the road edge. In each plot, type and number of regeneration species of trees and shrubs were measured and recorded. For investigation of tree a shrub species diversity used Simpson, Minhinic and peilo indices. ANOVA and Duncan tests were used for analysis of data. The results showed that there is sognificant difference between regeneration species of trees and shrubs in different distances (pvalue= 0.021), in the two roads (pvalue= 0.033) and in up side and down side of roads (pvalue= 0.046). Also the results showed that there is no significant difference between distances, road type and road places regarding to Peilo index (pvalue> 0.1). Simpson index in different distances classification (pvalue= 0.010) and road type (pvalue= 0.032), also Menhinic index in different distances classification (pvalue= 0.000) and road type (pvalue= 0.000) were significant differences. But there is no significant difference in up side and down side of roads (pvalue> 0.4). According to the results forest road construction needs to consider technical and environmental principles.
