مدل‌سازی مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه سبز برای آموزش عالی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی)

چکیده

امروزه مسائل مربوط به تغییرات آب و هوایی و تخریب محیط‌ زیست، تقریباً بر تمام فعالیت‌های انسانی به‌ویژه در بخش‌های تجاری، صنعت و دانشگاه تأثیر گذاشته؛ در این میان دانشگاه‌ها نیز به‌عنوان متولیان امر آموزش، نقش مهمی در نهادینه‌سازی ارزش حاصل از محیط‌ زیست دارند. از این‌رو هدف از این پژوهش، مدل‌سازی مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه سبز بوده که در چارچوب رویکرد آمیخته و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و معادل‌سازی ساختاری بین سال‌های 1401-1400 انجام گرفته است. در این پژوهش برای استخراج عوامل و شاخص‌های دانشگاه سبز، با 15 نفر از خبرگان و اساتید با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری گلولة برفی مصاحبه به‌عمل آمده است. بعد از شناسایی عوامل و شاخص‌های دانشگاه سبز، پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته طراحی و در بین 186 نفر از مدیران، معاونین و کارکنان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی توزیع شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد، عوامل و شاخص‌های دانشگاه سبز شامل 5 مقولة اصلی، 13 مقولة فرعی و  77 مفهوم می‌باشند که ساختمان سبز، تحقیقات سبز، سیاست‌ها، مدیریت منابع و آموزش سبز مقوله‌های اصلی تشکیل‌دهندة آن هستند؛ در این بین مؤلفه‌های ساختمان سبز، تحقیقات سبز، سیاست‌ها، مدیریت منابع و آموزش سبز با بارهای عاملی 1، 0/98، 0/94، 0/85 و 0/73 به‌ترتیب دارای بیشترین و کمترین اهمیت بودند. براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، به‌منظور مدیریت سبز در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی بایستی تمامی بخش‌های دانشگاه مشارکت نمایند. بنابراین هماهنگی و هم‌افزایی میان واحدهای کارکردی دانشگاه و متولیان حوزة محیط‌زیست در راستای تحقق اهداف مدیریت سبز، پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

Nowadays, issues related to climate change and environmental degradation have almost impacted all human activities, especially in commercial, industrial, and academic sectors. In this regard, universities, as responsible parties for education, play an important role in institutionalizing the value of the environment. Therefore, the aim of this research is to model the components of a green university, which has been carried out within the framework of a mixed approach and using qualitative content analysis and structural equation modeling between the years 2021-2022. In this research, to extract the factors and indicators of a green university, interviews were conducted with 15 entrepreneurs, experts, and professors using snowball sampling. After identifying the factors and indicators of a green university, the researcher-designed questionnaire was distributed among 186 managers, deputies, and staff of the university in Ardabil. The results of data analysis showed that the factors and indicators of a green university consist of 5 main categories, 13 sub-categories, and 77 concepts, including green buildings, green research, policies, resource management, and green education, which are the main building blocks of a green university. Among them, green building, green research, policies, resource management, and green education had the highest and lowest importance with factor loads of 1, 0.98, 0.94, 0.85, and 0.73, respectively. According to the findings of this research, to manage green areas in the University of Ardabil, all sections of the university need to participate. Therefore, coordination and synergy between the functional units of the university and the responsible authorities in the field of the environment are recommended to achieve the goals of green management.
