چکیده
امروزه روش‏هایی که برای تعیین الگوی بهینۀ کشت محصولات زراعی به کار می‏روند اغلب در راستای افزایش رفاه کشاورزان و حداکثر‏سازی سود آن‏ها گام برمی‏دارند. درحالی‏که‌ غفلت از آثار مخرب زیست‏محیطی می‏تواند پیامدهای سوء و معضلات فراوانی برای نسل‏های آیندۀ بشری به وجود آورد. بنابراین، انتخاب روشی که بتواند به حفظ محیط ‏زیست کمک کند و اهداف متعدد مدیران را برای دستیابی به الگوهای مناسب کشت در یک مدل بگنجاند ضروری و درخور اهمیت است. به همین منظور، در این پژوهش برای دستیابی به اهداف همه‏جانبۀ فوق‌ به‌ویژه تعیین الگوی کشت مناسب در بخش رودبار الموت غربی استان قزوین و همچنین کاهش آلودگی آب‏های حوضۀ رودخانۀ شاهرود که ناشی از مصرف بیش از حد کودهای شیمیایی است، از مدل برنامه‏ریزی آرمانی اولویتی استفاده شد. داده‏های این پژوهش از طریق همکاری با کشاورزان نمونۀ این بخش، مطالعات میدانی، پرسشنامه، سالنامۀ آماری 1389 و همچنین آمار منتشر‏شدۀ سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان قزوین گردآوری و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها و حل مدل پیشنهادی از نرم‏افزار Excel استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که الگوی فعلی کشت در این بخش بهینه نیست و نهاده‏های تولیدی به‌صورت غیر‏کارآمد‌ استفاده می‌شوند. بنابراین، با استفاده از مدل پیشنهادی مذکور می‏توان علاوه بر انتخاب الگوی مناسب و استفادۀ بهینه از منابع منطقه، در راستای افزایش درآمد کشاورزان و کاهش تخریب محیط‏ زیست گام‏های مؤثری برداشت.

چکیده English

Nowadays the methods that for determining the optimal planting crops are used often in order to increase farmer's prosperity and Take steps to maximize their profits, while the neglect of damaging effects environmental can adverse consequences and a lot of problems for future generations of mankind create. Therefore, choice a method that could help saves the environment multiple managers' goals to achieve to suited cultivation patterns leave in a model is necessary and important. Therefore in this study to achieve the objectives comprehensive above, especially in determining the optimal pattern planting Rudbar Alamot Western Qazvin Province and also reducing water pollutions river basin Shahrud that resulting from the more using of chemical fertilizers Lexicographic goal programming was used. This study data from premier farmers of this section, field studies, surveys, Statistical yearbook 1389 and also Statistics released by Agriculture Jahad organization of Qazvin province was collected and to analyze data and solve the proposed model Excel software was used. The results showed that the current pattern of farming in this section is not optimal and production inputs Non-efficient used. Therefore, we can take effective steps with using the proposed model in addition to choosing the appropriate pattern and optimum use of region resources, in order to increase farmers' incomes and reduce environmental degradation removal.
