بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف جیبرلیک اسید و سالیسیلیک اسید بر بهبود جوانه‏زنی گیاه Festuca arundinacea تحت تنش با ترکیبات آللوپاتیک

چکیده

این آزمایش برای بررسی اثر ترکیبات آللوپاتیک اکالیپتوس ((Eucalyptus camaldulensis بر جوانه‏زنی بذر و رشد گیاهچه‏های Festuca arundinaceaدر شرایط آزمایشگاهی انجام گرفت تا میزان تأثیر ترکیبات آللوپاتیک و همچنین تأثیر پیش‌تیمار با جیبرلیک اسید و سالیسیلیک اسید بر کنترل خسارت ترکیبات آللوپاتیک تعیین شود. محرک‏های شیمیایی استفاده‌شده عبارت بودند از: سه سطح جیبرلیک اسید و سه سطح سالیسیلیک اسید و 5 غلظت از ترکیبات آللوپاتیک عصارۀ اکالیپتوس که به‌صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی در چهار تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیۀ واریانس و مقایسۀ میانگین‏ها نشان داد که عصارۀ اکالیپتوس اثر آللوپاتیک بازدارنده بر جوانه‏زنی بذر و رشد اولیۀ گیاهچه‏های  Festuca arundinaceaدارد. استفاده از محرک‏های شیمیایی به‌صورت پیش‌تیمار سبب افزایش رشد گیاهچه‏های Festuca arundinaceaشد. اثر متقابل سطوح آللوپاتی و پیش‌تیمار با محرک‏های شیمیایی بر تمامی صفات اندازه‌گیری شده معنا‏دار بود.‌

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the allelopathic effects of Eucalyptus camaldulensis on germination and early seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea under laboratory condition in order to determine the effect of pretreatments on decreasing the destructive effects of allelopathic compounds. The chemical stimulators used in this study included 3 levels of gibberellic acid, 3 levels of salicylic acid and 5 levels of allelopathic compounds of Eucalyptus camaldulensis. Factorial test in the completely randomized design with four treatments was used to analyse the data. Results indicated that Eucalyptus camaldulensis extract had inhibitive effect on germination and early seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea. Early seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea increased by pretreatment of seeds in chemical stimulators. Interaction effects of allelopathic and pretreatment with chemical stimulators were significance on germination percentage and speed, root, shoot and plant length and seed vigor index.
