The results of logit model estimation on the basis of final effect showed that the proposed price variables, income, ethic-consequences desires and environmental trends have the greatest influence on the people's willingness to pay. The total economic damage costs to the society duo to the spread of the unpleasant odor of biogas of landfill has been estimated to be 42.759 billion Rials.
