پایش غلظت فلزات سنگین در گیاه کنوکارپوس (Conocarpus erectus) در مناطق مختلف شهر صنعتی آبادان
این تحقیق در سالهای 1395 و 1396 در شهر آبادان به منظور بررسی میزان توانایی قابلیت گونه کنوکارپوس (Conocarpus erectus) در تجمع آلاینده های فلزی از مناطق پرترافیک و کم ترافیک و مناطق نزدیک به پالایشگاه شهر آبادان (استان خوزستان) صورت گرفته است. نمونه برداری از 9 ایستگاه در دو دوره گرما (فصل بهار و تابستان) و دوره سرما (فصل زمستان) انجام شد. غلظت عناصر مس، سرب، کروم، کبالت، کادمیوم و روی در برگ درخت کنوکارپوس اندازه گیری شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که به طور کلی غلظت فلزات سنگین در گیاهان مناطق صنعتی نسبت به مناطق غیر صنعتی پرترافیک و کم ترافیک بیشتر بود. تحلیل های آماری نشان داد که اختلاف مقادیر سنجش شده در مناطق صنعتی با مناطق ترافیکی و مسکونی برای عناصر مس (0001/0 p =)، سرب (01/0p = )، کبالت (01/0p = )، کادمیوم (0002/0p = ) و روی (0003/0p = ) معنی دار بود و فقط عنصر کروم اختلاف معنی داری را نشان نداد (1/0 p =). تحلیل نتایج برای اثر متغیر زمان نیز نشان داد فقط پارامتر سرب تحت تاثیر فصل بوده است (009/0 p =). با در نظر گرفتن نتایج تحقیق، می توان نتیجه گرفت که در محدوده نواحی صنعتی، آلودگی فلزات سنگین در سطح نسبتا بالایی قرار دارد و درخت کنوکارپوس یک زیست ردیاب قابل اعتماد برای بررسی آلودگی هوا به فلزات است.

تغییرات فصلی مقادیر گلیسرول در لارو حشرات(مطالعه موردی: رودخانه زاینده رود)
در سالهای اخیر تغییرات اقلیمی جهانی و خشکشدن منابع آبی از مهمترین استرسهای محیطی برای حیات آبزیان بوده است که سطح دما و رطوبت قابل تحمل آنها را تغییر میدهد. شوک گرمایی در تابستان و شوک سرمایی در زمستان از فاکتورهای تعیینکنندهی نوع استراتژی بقای موجود در بیمهرگان تلقی میشود. دیاپوز و آنهیدروبیوزیز از جمله سازگاریهای موجودات برای بقا هستند. تجمع قندها و پلی الها یک ویژگی فیزیولوژیکی رایج در میان ارگانیسمهای آنهیدروبیوتیک میباشد. نمونهبرداری بهصورت فصلی بهمدت یک سال از پاییز 1394 تا تابستان 1395 از دو ایستگاه خرسونک و کلیچه انجام شد. نمونهها پس از خشک شدن، عصارهگیری شد و محلول نهایی به دستگاه HPLC تزریق شد. میزان قند گلیسرول Simuliidae در فصل بهار، تابستان، پاییز، زمستان بهترتیب برابر با 31/18، 65/7، 63/17 و 21/23 میکروگرم بر میلیگرم وزن مرطوب و برای خانواده Tipulidae بهترتیب برابر با 19/8، 36/7، 35/30 و 97/8 میکروگرم بر میلیگرم وزن مرطوب و برای خانواده Baetidae بهترتیب برابر با 43/44، 85/17، 07/38 و 13/11 میکروگرم بر میلیگرم وزن مرطوب میباشد. در خانواده Simuliidae مقادیر گلیسرول در فصل تابستان و پاییز اختلاف معنیداری نداشت (05/0 < P) ولی با سایر فصول تفاوت معنیداری را در نشان داد (05/0 > P). در خانواده Tipulidae مقادیر گلیسرول در فصل بهار و تابستان تفاوت معنیداری را نشان نداد (05/0 < P) و در فصل بهار و زمستان نیز با هم تفاوت معنیداری نداشتند (05/0 < P)، ولی مقادیر گلیسرول در فصل پاییز با بقیه فصول تغییرات معنیداری را نشان داد (05/0 > P). در خانواده Baetidae مقادیر گلیسرول در همهی فصول با هم تفاوت معنیداری را نشان داد (05/0 > P). افزایش پلیالها با وزن مولکولی کم ارتباط تنگاتنگی با دیاپوز و آنهیدروبیوزیز دارد و در اوایل پاییز پوره و لارو حشرات در معرض شوک سرمایی قرار گرفته و شروع به افزایش این ترکیبات محافظت کننده میکنند و در فصل زمستان بهعنوان ضدیخ به مصرف میرساند. علاوه بر این پوره و لارو حشرات در فصل بهار میزان این ترکیبات را افزایش میدهند تا در تابستان در مواجهه با افزایش دما و خشکی احتمالی قادر به بقا باشند. این مطالعه بیان میکند که پوره و لارو حشرات توسط مقادیر گلیسرول به شرایط اکولوژیکی محیطی، بهخصوص در طول منجمدشدن و خشکی پاسخ میدهند.

مطالعه امکان سنجی مدل ارزشگذاری سرمایه محیطزیست در ایران (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان بن در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری)
رشد جمعیت و گسترش علوم و فنون باعث شده است که برداشتهای بیرویه از منابعطبیعی منجر به مخاطره انداختن محیطزیست گردد. منابع طبیعی هر کشوری از زیربناهای مهم توسعهی اقتصادی آن میباشد، این امر بهویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه مصداق بیشتری پیدا می-کند. برای مدیریت و بهرهبرداری پایدار از اکوسیستمهای طبیعی و نیمهطبیعی داشتن اطلاعات کافی از ارزشهای اقتصادی خدمات اکوسیستم-ها مورد نیاز میباشد. ارزشگذاری اقتصادی خدمات اکوسیستمها با هدف جلوگیری از تخریب و بهرهبرداری بی رویه منابعطبیعی و تعدیل و اصلاح مجموعه محاسبات ملی انجام میگیرد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر برآورد ارزش سرمایههای محیطزیست شهرستان بن در سال 1395 است. در این مطالعه برای محاسبه ارزش اقنصادی سرمایههای بازاری محیطزیست از روشهای اقتصاد مهندسی هزینه جایگزین و هزینه فرصت و برای برآورد ارزش اقتصادی سرمایههای غیربازاری محیطزیست از روش ارزش گذاری مشروط با بهرهگیری از رهیافت ترجیحات اظهارشده و مدل لوجیت استفاده شده است. دادههای مورد نیاز در این مطالعه شامل آمار و اطلاعات ثبتشده در ادارات استان و همچنین تکمیل 554 پرسشنامه انتخاب دوگانه دوبعدی در شهرستان بن در سال 1395 است. ارزشهای غیر بازاری این شهرستان به دو بخش حفاظتی و تفریحی تقسیم شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد ارزش تفریحی و حفاظتی منطقه با استفاده از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط به ترتیب؛ 96/37727 و 02/30420 میلیون ریال و ارزش بازاری با استفاده از روش هزینه فرصت، 16/3307107 میلیون ریال برآورد شد. ارزش کل سرمایههای زیستمحیطی شهرستان بن 14/3375255 میلیون ریال در سال 1395 محاسبه شد که این ارزش حداقل سرمایهگذاری سیاستمداران در این منطقه را نشان میدهد.

بررسی تفاوتهای ریختشناختی جمجمه پلنگ ایرانی(Panthera pardus saxicolor) در زاگرس و نواحی کوهستانی شمال و شمال شرقی کشور به روش ریختسنجی هندسی
پلنگ ایرانی بزرگترین گربهسان ایران است که در اکثر نواحی ایران، به جز مناطق کویری زندگی میکند. نواحی کوهستانی واقع در شمال و شمال شرقی کشور و همچنین رشته کوه زاگرس را میتوان مهمترین نواحی پراکنش این گونه در ایران قلمداد نمود. با توجه به تفاوت در اقلیم، تیپهای پوشش گیاهی و نوع طعمههای متفاوت پلنگ، همچنین از هم گسیختگی زیستگاههای یکپارچه بین این دو منطقه، بروز تفاوتهای ریختی در بین پلنگهای این دو ناحیه محتمل به نظر میرسد. از این رو الگوی ریختی شکل جمجمه پلنگ با استفاده از روش ریختسنجی هندسی لندمارک پایه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای انجام تحلیل شکل، تعداد 41 جمجمه پلنگ از گستره وسیعی از پراکنش گونه تهیه و در سه نمای پشتی، شکمی و جانبی عکسبرداری و لندمارکهای مورد نظر جانمایی شدند. از تحلیل پروکراست برای حذف اثر پارامترهای غیر شکل جایگاه لندمارکها و از آنالیز تابع تشخیص برای بررسی نحوه تفکیکپذیری نمونهها استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد جمجه پلنگهای این دو ناحیه از نظر ریختی متفاوت بوده و بیشترین تفاوتها را در ناحیه کمان زیگومات، استخوان پسسری و شروع استخوان بینی در پیشانی نشان میدهند. تفاوتهای ریختشناختی جمجمه پلنگ در این دو ناحیه را میتوان ناشی از الگوی رشد آلومتری متفاوت، تاثیر ویژگیهای زیستگاهی متفاوت و یا تفاوت در ساختار ژنتیکی جمعیتهای پلنگ در این دو ناحیه از ایران قلمداد نمود.

مطالعه کروموزومی گیاه یونجه زرد (Melilotus officinalis (L.) Lam.) تحت آلودگی معدن سرب و روی زه آباد قزوین
گونه گیاهی یونجه زرد (Melilotus officinalis (L.) Lam.) به طور طبیعی در نزدیکی معدن سرب و روی زهآباد در استان قزوین رشد میکند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان آلودگی سرب و روی در آب و خاک محل نمونهبرداری و بررسی تاثیر طولانی مدت این آلایندهها در رفتار میوزی و نازایی دانههای گرده در گونه یونجه زرد میباشد. آنالیز شیمیایی آب و خاک محل نمونهبرداری به روش ICP-MS نشان دهنده وجود فلزات سنگین سرب و روی با غلظتی بسیار بیشتر از حد استاندارد میباشد. اثر خاک و آب آلوده به فلزات سنگین سرب و روی بر روی گیاه یونجه زرد با مطالعه درصد ناهنجاریهای میوزی در سلولهای مادر دانه گرده، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. با توجه به افزایش ناهنجاریهای میوزی، کاهش شاخصمیوزی و کاهش توانایی حیات دانههای گرده در گیاه آلوده، نتایج نشان داد که خاک و آب آلوده به فلزات سنگین دارای اثرات قابل ملاحظهای بر روی تقسیم میوزی سلولهای مادر گرده در گیاه آلوده نسبت به گیاه شاهد میباشند و می توانند باعث سمیت ژنتیکی در گیاه مورد مطالعه شوند. این دادهها نشان میدهد که گیاه یونجه زرد از نظر میوزی پایدار نمیباشد. به طور کلی سلولهای مادر گرده در نمونههای آلوده افزایش ناهنجاریهایی مانند چسبندگی کروموزوم، B کروموزوم، پل، لاگارد، میکرونوکلئوس، سیتومیکسیس و سهقطبی را نشان دادند.

ارزیابی آلودگی و پتانسیل تحرک عناصر بالقوه سمی در رسوبات رودخانه زاینده رود، کلانشهر اصفهان
در زیست بوم های طبیعی محیط رسوبی دارای اهمیت ویژه ای می باشد؛ زیرا محل تجمع عناصر بالقوه سمی در محیط آب و رسوب بوده و در شرایط خاصی می تواند خود به عنوان منشا آلودگی در آب عمل کند. هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی غلظت و پتانسیل آلودگی عناصر بالقوه سمی، با تاکید بر تاثیر محیط شهری اصفهان، بر رسوبات رودخانه زاینده رود می باشد. برای این منظور 23 نمونه از رسوبات این رودخانه در محدوده شهر اصفهان نمونه برداری شدند. بعد از طی مراحل آماده سازی، آنالیز غلظت کل به روش ICP-OES و آنالیز های استخراج گزینشی یک مرحله ای با استفاده از حلال های اسید استیک 43/0 مولار و EDTA 05/0 مولار بر روی نمونه های جمع آوری شده انجام شد. ارزیابی نتایج حاصل از غلظت کل بر اساس شاخص های زیست محیطی نشان داد که غلظت عناصر Ag، As، Cu، Pb، Zn، و S نسبت به زمینه طبیعی منطقه در رسوبات دارای غنی شدگی با منشا انسانی می باشد. همچنین بر اساس این شاخص ها میزان آلودگی در امتداد رودخانه به سمت پائین دست و به ویژه پس از تصفیه خانه فاضلاب جنوب اصفهان افزایش می یابد. ارزیابی نتایج با استفاده از آزمون های آماری چند متغیره نیز مؤید رفتار مشابه عناصر بر اساس منشا آلودگی می باشد؛ به گونه ای که عناصر با منشاء آلودگی انسانزاد غالباً در گروه های یکسان با همبستگی بالا قرار می گیرند. تعین جزء محلول با استفاده از روشهای استخراج گزینشی یک مرحله نشان داد که تقریباً 50 درصد از جامعه آماری عناصر مس و گوگرد دارای فاکتور تحرک نسبی بیشتر از 30 درصد بوده که مطابق با میزان خطر بالا می باشد. همچنین 50 درصد از جامعه آماری عناصر Pb، Mn و Zn فاکتور تحرک نسبی بین 10 تا 30 درصد را نشان می دهد که بیانگر پتانسیل خطر متوسط این عناصر می باشد.

بررسی اثرات کودهای شیمیایی بر تغییرات جمعیتی گونه های کرمهای خاکی
کرمهای خاکی به دلیل نقش مهمی که در فرآیندهای زیستی، شیمیایی و فیزیکی خاک دارند برای بسیاری از آزمونهای سمیت و ارزیابیهای محیطی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتهاند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین اثرات برخی کودهای شیمیایی بر فراوانی گونههای مختلف کرمهای خاکی به اجرا درآمد. پلاتهای آزمایشی به مساحت یک مترمربع در نظر گرفته شد. در هر پلات، از هریک از کودهای رایج و بر اساس آزمون خاک شامل کود اوره (Urea)، سولفات آمونیوم(AS)، دی آمونیوم فسفات(DAP)، سولو پتاس(Solupotas)، کود کامل ماکرو حاوی نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم (NPK, 15-5-25)، ترکیب کود دامی پوسیده شده و کود کامل ماکرو (NPK+OM) به نسبت دو به یک و کود دامی(OM)، استفاده شد و پلات شاهد بدون مصرف هر نوع کود شیمیایی و دامی (Control)، در نظر گرفته شدند. بررسی فراوانی کرمها در دو مرحله زمانی و در دو عمق 20-0 و 40-20 سانتیمتری خاک، انجام شد. در مرحله اول، بیست روز پس از افزودن کودها و در مرحله دوم، شصت روز پس از مصرف کودها، نمونه برداری از کرمهای خاکی و بررسی تغییرات در آنها انجام شد. تیمارها در سه تکرار اعمال شد و دادهها در قالب تجزیه واریانس یک طرفه و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل آماری شدند. نتایج مقایسات میانگین جمعیت کرمها نشان داد که در روز بیستم و در عمق 20-0 سانتیمتری خاک، فراوانی گونه E. fetida در تیمارهای آمونیوم سولفات و اوره نسبت به تیمار شاهد، کاهش معنیدار یافته است. از بین کرم های اپیجئیک، گونه D. hortensis سازگاری بیشتری نشان داد و فراوانی آن در تیمار آمونیوم سولفات بیش از تیمار اوره بود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که کرمهای گونه L. terrestris نسبت به گونه A. longa مقاومت بیشتری در برابر کودهای شیمیایی نشان دادند.

مدل پیشبینی رضایتمندی شهروندان از بوستانهای شهری با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی
یکی از مهمترین عناصر شهرها، بوستانها و فضاهای سبز شهری هستند. نوع طراحی و عملکرد بوستانهای شهری باید در راستای ضروریات زندگی شهری و در پاسخگویی به نیاز شهروندان باشد چرا که این امر میتواند در جهت ایجاد محیط زیست سالم و با ارزش شهری نیز به کار گرفته شود. هدف از انجام این پژوهش مدلسازی ارزیابی رضایتمندی بازدیدکنندگان از بوستانهای شهری با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی است. در انجام این پژوهش به منظور پردازش دادهها با ابزار هوشمند شبکه عصبی، از شبکه پرسپترون چند لایه استفاده شد. ابتدا 103 بوستان شهری در کرج و تهران انتخاب گردید و اطلاعات مربوط به متغیرهای منطقهای، خدماتی و زیباییشناختی در کلیه بوستانها جمعآوری گردید. سپس اطلاعات جمعآوری شده به عنوان ورودی شبکه و نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی سطح رضایتمندی به عنوان خروجی شبکه در نظر گرفته شد. مقدار ضریب تعیین (R2) در این پژوهش 72/0 بدست آمد که نشان دهنده قابلیت مناسب شبکه عصبی مصنوعی در مدلسازی رضایتمندی از بوستانهای شهری است. نتایج حاصل از آنالیز حساسیت نشان داد متغیرهای کیفیت منظر، تعداد زمینهای ورزشی، مراکز فروش مواد غذایی، باربیکیو دارای بیشترین اثرگذاری بر روی رضایتمندی از بوستانهای شهری بودهاند. لذا در برنامهریزی و مدیریت اماکن عمومی همچون فضاهای سبز شهری، توجه به درک کاربران از محیط باید در الویت قرار گیرد.

گونههای مقاوم به آلودگی هوا در فضای سبز شهری
تاثیرات منفی آلودگی هوا باعث تغییرات آناتومی، فیزیولوژی و مورفولوژی در گیاهان میشود. جهت بالا بردن کیفیت هوای آلوده شهر نیازمند گیاهان علیالخصوص درختان هستیم. لذا گیاهانی که بتوانند بین ساختارهای درونی و محیط آلوده بیرون تعادل ایجاد نمایند، میتوانند در این شرایط دوام آورده و در فراهم آوردن کیفیت و پالایش بهتر هوای شهر موثر واقع شوند. لذا این مطالعه به منظور تعیین نمودن شاخص مناسب جهت تعیین نمودن مقاومت گونههایی با حداکثر پراکنش درسطح شهر تهران انجام گرفت. جهت این بررسی هفت منطقه مطالعاتی انتخاب گردید و هفت پارامتر مورفولوژی (سطح برگ، وزن تر و خشک، کشش برگ، ضخامت برگ، سطح برگ مخصوص و درصد رطوبت برگ) و 20 خصوصیت آناتومی بر سه گونه اقاقیا، زبان گنجشک و چنار اندازهگیری و محاسبه شد. دو منطقه سرخهحصار و آزادی به عنوان مناطقی که فقط تحت تاثیر آلودگی هوا بوده و پارامترهای اقلیمی و خاک در دو منطقه ثابت است معرفی شدند. کاهش و افزایش معنادار در برخی خصوصیات گیاهی در هر سه گونه چنار،زبان گنجشک و اقاقیا مشاهده شد. ضخامت برگ (سرخه حصار= 12/0، آزادی= 14/ 0 و P<0.01) و ضخامت کوتیکول فوقانی (سرخه حصار= 9/1، آزادی= 5/3 و P<0.05)، نسبت پارانشیم نردبانی به پارانشیم اسفنجی (سرخه حصار= 2/1، آزادی= 9/1 و P<0.05) و تراکم روزنه در سطح تحتانی (سرخه حصار= 347، آزادی= 444 و P<0.05) بصورت معنیداری در گونه اقاقیا افزایش داشتند. بیشترین ارتباطات معنیدار با شاخصهای مقاومت به شرایط آلودگی در گونه اقاقیا و کمترین در گونه چنار مشاهده شد. نتایج مطالعه منجر به معرفی گونه اقاقیا به عنوان گونهای که نسبت به دو گونه دیگر مقاومتر به شرایط آلودگی میباشد میگردد.

بهبود روش شبیهسازی زیستگاه با کاربرد مدل هیدرودینامیکی River2D به منظور تعیین رژیم اکولوژیکی رودخانه
مدیریت منابع آب در سطح حوضه آبریز به طور فزایندهای به تخصیص جریان زیستمحیطی به عنوان یک ابزار جهت بهبود کیفیت زیستگاه اکوسیستمهای آبی در پروژههای حفاظت و احیا رودخانه مرتبط میباشد. در این راستا برای تسهیل تخمین جریان زیستمحیطی رودخانه قرهسو استان گلستان، برپایه چارچوب تحقیق پس از آنالیز هیدرولوژیکی و مطالعات و مشاهدات میدانی، مدل مطلوبیت زیستگاهی گونه سیاهماهی C.Capoeta gracilis توسعه داده شد و در مرحله بعد، مدلسازی هیدرودینامیکی پارامترهای هیدرولیکی جریان انجام شد و در نهایت مدلسازی و شبیهسازی زیستگاهی با تلفیق مطالعات اکولوژیک و هیدرودینامیکی جریان صورت گرفت و رژیم جریانات اکولوژیک استخراج شد. بر پایه نتایج حاصله، سیاهماهی در مراحل مختلف زندگی به تغییرات پارامترهای هیدرولیکی (عمق و سرعت) و نرخ جریان عکسالعمل نشان داده و برای حفاظت از اکوسیستم رودخانه قرهسو با استفاده از مدل River2D و متغیرهای فیزیک زیستگاه و شاخص مطلوبیت زیستگاه مبتنی بر مساحت قابل استفاده وزنی، حداقل و حداکثر جریان زیستمحیطی به ترتیب معادل 47/0 مترمکعب بر ثانیه برای ماه شهریور و 03/3 مترمکعب بر ثانیه برای ماه اردیبهشت پیشنهاد میگردد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از مدل دوبعدی هیدرودینامیکی برای مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه گونه هدف میتواند به عنوان ابزاری مفید جهت بهبود عملکرد مدلسازی در شبیهسازی زیستگاه و پیادهسازی رژیم اکولوژیکی در پروژههای حفاظت و احیاء مهندسی رودخانه توصیه شود.
