بررسی تاثیر استفاده از بیوچار در کارایی بیوراکتورهای حذف نیترات از زه آب زهکشهای زیرزمینی
بیوچار زغال تهیه شده از زیست توده گیاهی و ضایعات کشاورزی تحت شرایط اکسیژن محدود است. در فرآیند تهیه این زغال دی اکسید کربن در اتمسفر آزاد نمیشود و از این رو سرشار از کربن است. مطالعات بسیاری به بررسی توانایی بیوچار در بهبود وضعیت خاک وحفظ مواد مغذی خاک پرداختهاند. ولی تاکنون مطالعات انگشت شماری به بررسی تاثیر بیوچار در حذف نیترات از زهآبها پرداختهاند. فرض تحقیق حاضر این است که بکارگیری بیوچار به جای مواد خام کربنی در بیوراکتور حذف نیترات، بدلیل دارا بودن مقادیر بالاتر کربن، میتواند باعث حذف کارآمدتر نیترات از زهکشهای زیرزمینی گردد. به منظور ارزیابی اثر ترکیبهای مختلف بیوچار (0، 10، 15،20 و30 درصد) و همچنین اثر مقادیر مختلف غلظت نیترات ورودی (40 و 160 میلی-گرم در لیتر) بر عملکرد بیوراکتور حذف نیترات، بیوراکتورهایی با لولههای پلی اتیلنی با ارتفاع 125 سانتی متری شبیه سازی شدند. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، درصد حذف نیترات در ستونهای آزمایش به طور معنی داری تحت تأثیر درصد بیوچار به کار رفته در آنها قرار دارد و بیشترین مقدار آن در ستونهای حاوی 30 درصد بیوچار (4/96 درصد) و کمترین مقدار آن در تیمار شاهد (7/80 درصد) مشاهده شد. همچنین اثر غلظت نیترات ورودی بر درصد حذف نیترات معنیدار و درصد حذف نیترات در تیمار C2 (160 میلیگرم در لیتر) کمتر از تیمار C1 (40 میلیگرم در لیتر) و به ترتیب 9/89 و 4/91 درصد بود.

بررسی مقدار وتوزیع مکانی آلاینده استرانسیم در غبار ریزشی بر سطح شهر یزد
غبار ریزشی شامل ذرات معلق با اندازهی کوچکتر از 100 میکرون است که بر سطح زمین رسوب میکند. گرد و غبار نقش مهمی در انتقال آلایندههای محیطزیست بر عهده دارد. یکی از این آلایندهها استرانسیم میباشد که از منابع طبیعی و انسانی وارد اتمسفر میشود و از طریق غبار ریزشی به سطح زمین میرسد. استرانسیم به علت داشتن مسیرهای حمل و نقل مشترک با کلسیم میتواند منجر به خطر انداختن سلامت انسان شود. همچنین وجود ایزوتوپ های رادیو اکتیو استرانسیم از جمله استرانسیم 90 به علت اختلال در جریان خون بسیار مضر است. در این پژوهش با هدف بررسی توزیع و فراوانی استرانسیم، وجود رادیو ایزوتوپهای استرانسیم در غبار ریزشی انجام شد. پس از انتخاب ایستگاههای نمونهبرداری با توزیع مناسب در سطح شهر یزد، از تلههای رسوبگیر تیلهای استفاده و نمونههای غبار به صورت ماهیانه به مدت یک سال برداشت شد. به منظور بررسی تغییرات غلظت استرانسیم در نمونههای غبار از دستگاه اشعه ایکس فلورسانس (XRF) و برای تعیین رادیو ایزوتوپها استرانسیم از شمارنده گایگرمولر استفاده گردید. نقشهی پهنهبندی و توزیع مکانی استرانسیم در سطح شهر در نرم افزار Arc GIS تهیه شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بیشترین غلظت استرانسیم از قسمت شرق به سمت مرکز شهر و کمترین مقدار مربوط به شمال غرب شهر میباشد. نتایج پهنهبندی استرانسیم نشان دهندهی بالاترین مقدار استرانسیم در مرکز شهر از خیابان کاشانی تا میدان مهدیه میباشد. بررسی ایزوتوپهای رادیواکتیو استرانسیم نشان داد که نمونههای برداشت شده فاقد ایزوتوپهای رادیو اکتیو میباشد. بنابراین خطر زیستمحیطی رادیوایزوتوپهای استرانسیم در غبار ریزشی وجود ندارد

برآورد ظرفیت برد تغذیه ای زیستگاه های خشک ایران مرکزی برای جبیر (مطالعه موردی: پناهگاه حیات وحش دره انجیر)
در این مطالعه، ظرفیت برد تغذیهای زیستگاه جبیر ((Gazella bennettii shikarii Groves, 1993)در یکی از خشکترین مناطق حوزه انتشار گونه در ناحیه ایران مرکزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور ابتدا به تعیین دوره بحرانی و مدت (طول) آن در پناهگاه حیات وحش درهانجیر پرداخته شد. پس از آن با توجه به ارجحیت غذایی گونهها در فصل بحرانی، میزان تولید با استفاده از روش نمونهبرداری مضاعف در محدوده زیستگاههای مطلوب جبیر برآورد گردید. در ادامه با لحاظ یکی از پارامترهای حد مجاز بهرهبرداری یا ارزش رجحانی برای هر گونه گیاهی، میزان علوفه قابل دسترس برآورد گردید و بعد از کم کردن سهم رقیبها و تعیین نیاز روزانه جبیر، ظرفیت برد تغذیهای زیستگاه جبیر در منطقه برآورد شد. نتایج نشان داد در سال مطالعه، پناهگاه حیات وحش درهانجیر ظرفیت 626 راس جبیر را دارد. به عبارتی دیگر حداکثر تراکم جبیر در منطقه مورد مطالعه میتواند 34/2 راس جبیر در یکصد هکتار باشد. اگرچه با توجه به کاهش جدی جمعیت جبیر منطقه بهدلیل شکار بیرویه، در حال حاضر منابع غذایی در دسترس در فصل بحرانی، محدودکننده رشد جمعیت فعلی گونه نیست، اما با توجه به برآورد نقطهای تراکم جبیر میتوان درهانجیر را یکی از خشکترین زیستگاههای حوزه انتشار این گونه در دنیا قلمداد نمود. همچنین بر اساس نتایح بدست آمده گونه رمس (Hammada salicornica) بالاترین سهم را در تامین نیاز غذایی جبیر در منطقه برعهده داشته و پیشگیری از چرای شتر در پناهگاه در تمام فصول، برای حفظ میزان تولید این گونه گیاهی مورد پیشنهاد است.

مقایسه غلظت فلزات سنگین کروم، مس و نیکل در گیاه یونجه آبیاری شده با آب و پساب تصفیه شده (مطالعه موردی: بیرجند)
امروزه به علت خشکسالی وکمبودآب،استفاده ازآب های نامتعارف به ویژه پساب حاصل ازتصفیه فاضلاب شهری درکشاورزی اهمیت ویژه ای پیداکرده است. ازعوامل محدودکننده استفاده ازاین پساب هاوجودعناصرسنگین درآن هامی باشد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه غلظت فلزات سنگین کروم، مس و نیکل در اندام های گیاه یونجه تحت دو مدل آبیاری است. نمونه های ریشه، ساقه و برگ گیاه یونجه جهت تعیین میزان غلظت فلزات سنگین از دو ناحیه: 1- آبیاری شده با پساب تصفیه شده و 2- آبیاری شده با آب چاه، جمع آوری شد. نمونه های گیاهی خشک شده، هضم اسیدی شد و غلظت Cr ، Cu و Ni با استفاده از دستگاه ICP-OESاندازه گیری شد. بیشترین غلظت فلزات مورد مطالعه در ریشه گیاه یونجه تحت تأثیر دو نوع آبیاری وجود داشت. مقایسه سطح فلزات سنگین مورد مطالعه با غلظت های بحرانی در گیاهان نشان داد که غلظت این فلزات به محدوده خطرناک برای گیاه نرسیده است به استثنای ریشه یونجه آبیاری شده با آب شهری که از نظر فلز کروم پتانسیل قرارگیری در محدوده بحرانی را دارا است. طبق نتایج آزمون تی مستقل، تنها برای فلز کروم، دو نوع آبیاری تفاوت معنی دار آماری نشان دادند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس یک طرفه و مقایسه میانگین توکی نیز نشان دهنده این بود که بین ریشه، ساقه و برگ یونجه از نظر غلظت فلز کروم و نیکل اختلاف معنی دار آماری وجود داشته اما از نظر فلز مس اینگونه نبوده و اختلاف معنی دار آماری بین سه اندام ریشه، ساقه و برگ مشاهده نشده است. براساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر، آبیاری با پساب تصفیه شده بیرجند از نظر تجمع فلز سنگین کروم، مس و نیکل آثار سوئی بر گیاه یونجه نداشته است.

بررسی وبهینه سازی حذف آلاینده کشاورزی پارکوات(گراماکسون) با استفاده از نانوفتوکاتالیست بهبود یافتهTiO2/La,S
افزایش روزافزون پسابهای کشاورزی بهخصوص آفتکشها در روان آبها، آبهای سطحی و زیر سطحی و ایجاد خطرات زیستمحیطی ناشی از این آلایندهها سبب گردیده است که حذف آنها از پسابهای صنعتی، شهری و روستایی از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار گردد. وجود آفتکشها در پسابها و مخاطرات زیستمحیطی ناشی از آن، نگرانیهای عمیقی را درباره سلامت عمومی ایجاد کرده است. پاراکوات (از جمله پرمصرفترین علفکشها در ایران و جهان میباشد که بهدلیل فعالیتهای انسانی، بهطور پیوسته مقدار آن در آب در حال افزایش میباشد. از عوارض عمده این آلاینده، بیماری پارکینگسون میباشد. در سالهای اخیر، استفاده از فرآیندهای اکسیداسیون پیشرفته، بر پایه تولید گونههای اکسنده قوی جهت حذف کامل این ترکیبات پیچیده و خطرناک، بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در میان روشهای اکسیداسیون پیشرفته، فرایندهای فتوکاتالیستی کارایی بالایی در تخریب انواع مواد آلی به مواد زیستتخریبپذیر، کربندیاکسید و آب دارند. در این تحقیق، ابتدا به بررسی دقیق فرایند فتوکاتالیستی پرداخته و سپس با استفاده از نانوفتوکاتالیست اکسید تیتانیوم (TiO2 )بهینهشده با لانتانید و گوگرد، اقدام به حذف آلاینده خطرناک کشاورزی پارکوات (گراماکسون) تحت تابش نور مرئی گردید. همچنین اثر پارامترهای عملیاتی شامل میزان نانوفتوکاتالیست، مقدار پراکسیدهیدروژن و حجم آلاینده بر روی بازدهی حذف فتوکاتالیستی مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که با بهکارگیری مقدار 1/0 گرم نانوفتوکاتالیست و دو میلیلیتر پراکسیدهیدروژن در 50 میلیلیتر آلاینده، میتوان 8/71درصد از آلاینده گراماکسون را طی مدت چهار ساعت تحت تابش نور مرئی، تجزیه کرد.

پیشبینی توزیع پاییزه و زمستانه بز وحشی در پارک ملی کلاهقاضی
اولین گام برای حفاظت یک گونه آگاهی از نیازمندیهای زیستگاهی آن گونه است. مدلهای مطلوبیت زیستگاه یکی از ابزارهای در دسترس در جهت توسعهی دانش ما در مورد عوامل موثر بر مطلوبیت زیستگاه گونهها میباشند. بز وحشی گونهای آسیبپذیر است که پراکنش وسیعی در ایران دارد. با این وجود مطالعات اندکی در مورد اکولوژی این گونه صورت پذیرفته است. هدف این مطالعه مدلسازی فصلی مطلوبیت زیستگاه و ارتباطات زیستگاهی بز وحشی در پارک ملی کلاه-قاضی بوده است. رویکرد رگرسیون لجستیک با استفاده از نقاط حضور و عدم حضور برای مدل-سازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه به کار گرفته شد. بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، ارتفاع از سطح دریا، فاصله تا آبشخور، فاصله تا مناطق مسکونی، فاصله تا جادههای عمومی و فاصله تا مسیرهای محیطبانی به عنوان با اهمیتترین متغیرها در تعیین مطلوبیت زیستگاه بز وحشی شناخته شدند. بر اساس نقشههای مطلوبیت زیستگاه تولید شده در فصل زمستان تمرکز گلهها در حاشیه مناطق کوهستانی به چشم میخورد. اما در فصل پاییز از این تمرکز کاسته میشود و پراکنش افراد شکل یکنواختتری به خود میگیرد . مساحت زیستگاههای مطلوب در فصل زمستان بیشتر از فصل پاییز بود. صحت هر دو مدل زمستانه و پاییزه نشان دهنده کارایی خوب مدلهاست. نتایج حاصل شده میتواند برای حفاظت بز وحشی در گسترهی پراکنش آن به کار گرفته شود.

تنوع ژنتیکی پایین پلنگ ایرانی (Panthera pardus saxicolor) براساس ژنوم NADH5 میتوکندری
بررسی جایگاه تبارشناختی و تنوع ژنتیکی جمعیتها از اهمیت به سزایی در برنامهریزی کارامد به منظور حفاظت از حیات وحش برخوردار است. در این میان، گونه های در معرض خطر انقراض که از آنها بر اثر عوامل مختلف جمعیتهای لکهای باقیمانده است، از اولویت خاصی برخوردار بوده و تبیین جایگاه و وضعیت ژنتیکی آنها در برنامهریزی بلندمدت برای حفاظت از آنها مؤثر است. در این مطالعه، پلنگ ایرانی با حوزه انتشار وسیع خود در سرتاسر کشور مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به منظور بررسی تبارشناختی و تنوع ژنتیکی پلنگ ایرانی، جایگاه ژن NADH5 در ژنوم میتوکندریایی به طول 550 جفت باز با استفاده از دو جفت آغازگر در 38 نمونه بافت از پلنگ از بیومهای مختلف کشور مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. درمجموع سه هاپلوتایپ شناسایی شد. نتایج این مطالعه عدم تمایز ژنتیکی مکانی پلنگها را در سرتاسر کشور و حتی فراتر از آن در حوزه پراکنش پلنگ ایرانی در مرکز و غرب آسیا نشان داد. بر اساس یافتهها، پلنگ ایرانی در مقایسه با سایر زیرگونههای پلنگ یا برخی گوشتخواران بزرگ جثه ایران، از تنوع ژنتیکی پایینتری برخوردار است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان دهنده اهمیت و ضرورت ارتقای حفاظت در حوزه پراکنش هاپلوتایپ اختصاصی زاگرس به منظور پیشگیری از انقراض آن است.

اثرات زیست محیطی خروج چوب از منظر ترکیب و تنوع زیستی زادآوری (مطالعه موردی: سری گردشی جنگل چوب و کاغذ مازندران)
استفاده از اسکیدرهای چرخ لاستیکی، عملیاتی معمول برای خروج چوب از عرصه قطع است، هر چند گاهاً سبب بعضی مشکلات زیست محیطی میشود. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر چوبکشی بر تنوع زیستی زادآوری درختی و پوشش علفی در اطراف مسیر چوبکشی بوده است. این پژوهش در پارسل 8 سری گردشی از جنگلهای چوب و کاغذ مازندران به انجام رسید. دو پلات 400 متر مربعی در فواصل منظم در هر طرف مسیر چوبکشی در نظر گرفته شد که در این پلاتها 9 میکروپلات 2×2 متر برای اندازهگیری تعداد زادآوری درختی و درصد پوشش علفی اندازهگیری شد. شاخصهای تنوع زیستی (Shannon-wiener, Simpson)، شاخصهای غنا (Menhinick, Margalef) و شاخص یکنواختی (Equitability or Evenness) با استفاده از نرم افزار PAST محاسبه گردید. آنالیز دادهها به کمک نرم افزار SPSS به انجام رسید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که مقادیر اسیدیته، هدایت الکتریکی، ازت، پتاسیم، کلسیم و کربن خاک در فواصل مختلف از مسیر چوبکشی اختلاف معنیداری ندارند و همچنین میانگین شاخصهای تنوع، غنا و یکنواختی در فواصل مختلف از مسیر چوبکشی اختلاف معنیداری ندارد و بنابراین تنوع زیستی زادآوری درختی و پوشش علفی در اثر چوبکشی تغییری نکرده است.

مقایسه غلظت سرب در دو گیاه سروخمرهای (Thuja orientalis) و زیتون (Olea europaea) به منظور کاربرد در فناوری گیاهپالایی
پژوهشی با هدف بررسی تأثیر کاربرد غلظتهای مختلف سرب ( 0 (شاهد)، 200، 500 و 1000 میلیگرم بر لیتر) بر جذب آن در دو گیاه سرو (Thuja orientalis) و زیتون(Olea europaea) اجرا گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت سرب غلظت این عنصر در دو گیاه افزایش یافت. بالاترین میزان غلظت سرب در ریشه زیتون در غلظت 1000 حدود mg/kg 101 بود که mg/kg 38 ( 6/37 درصد) آن به برگها منتقل شد. بالاترین میزان غلظت سرب در ریشه سرو در غلظت 500 حدود mg/kg 235 بود که mg/kg 30 ( 7/12 درصد) آن به برگها منتقل شد. همچنین میزان پرولین در گیاه سرو در دو غلظت 500 و 1000 میلیگرم بر لیتر به طور معنیداری بیشتر از 200 میلیگرم بر لیتر و شاهد بود. پرولین و قندهای محلول در گیاه زیتون فقط در غلظت 200 میلیگرم بر لیتر سرب افزایش یافت. با افزایش غلظت سرب میزان قندهای محلول در گیاه سرو نیز افزایش نشان داد و بیشترین میزان قند در غلظت 500 میلیگرم بر لیتر مشاهده شد. طی آزمایش مجزا بر روی نمونه خاک به کار رفته در گلدانهای کشت زیتون و سرو، ضرایب معادله هم حرارت جذب لانگمویر به دست آمد. نتایج این آزمون نشان داد در شرایط خاکی این آزمایش حداکثر مقدار جذب سزب 1000 میلیگرم در یک کیلوگرم خاک است. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق به نظر میرسد که دو گیاه مورد مطالعه تحت شرایط این آزمایش قادر به رشد در خاک آلوده به سرب بودند و در این میان عملکرد سرو بهتر بود. انجام تحقیقات بیشتر توصیه می شود.

بررسی تجمع و مقایسه فلزات سنگین در بافتهای ماهی کفال طلایی (Liza aurata) در دو دوره رسیدگی جنسی و استراحت جنسی
هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی میزان تجمع پنج فلز سنگین سرب، کادمیوم، جیوه، آرسنیک و کروم در بافتهای عضله، کبد و آبشش ماهی کفال طلایی Liza aurata، در حوزه جنوبی دریای خزر بود. نمونه برداری از 100 عدد ماهیان بالغ کفال، از 10 ایستگاه در دو دوره رسیدگی جنسی (فصل پاییز) و استراحت جنسی (فصل بهار) انجام گردید. جهت اندازهگیری غلظت فلزات سنگین بافتهای عضله، کبد و آبشش هر یک از ماهیان تفکیک گردید. استخراج فلزات از بافتهای مورد نظر از روش هضم با استفاده از مخلوط اسید استفاده شد. تعیین غلظت بوسیله دستگاه جذب اتمی مجهز به سیستم کوره گرافیتی انجام شد. میزان جذب فلزات سنگین در بافت عضله در دوره رسیدگی جنسی به ترتیب سرب، کادمیوم، جیوه، آرسنیک و کروم با میانگین 40/1، 43/0، 16/0، 07/0 و 54/0 میکروگرم برگرم بود و در دوره استراحت جنسی به ترتیب با میانگین 90/1، 93/0، 24/0، 12/0 و 61/0 میکروگرم برگرم بود. در کل میزان جذب فلزات سنگین در دوره استراحت جنسی (As˂Hg˂Cr˂Cd˂Pb) بیشتر از دوره رسیدگی جنسی (As˂Hg˂Cd˂Cr˂Pb) بود. میزان تجمع فلزات بین سه بافت به صورت کبد> آبشش > عضله بود و این اختلاف معنیدار بود. طبق دادهای ثبت شده از فلزات سنگین در بافت عضله در مقایسه با حد مجاز اعلام شده توسط سازمان بهداشت جهانی و انجمن بهداشت ملی و تحقیقات پزشکی استرالیا هر پنج فلز Pb، Cd ، Cr ، Hg و As بالاتر از حد مجاز استاندارد جهانی بود، بنابراین مصرف این ماهی برای سلامتی انسان ضرر دارد.
