تنوع زیستی دیاتوم های رودخانه خرمارود، استان گلستان
خرمارود از رودخانه های شهرستان آزادشهر در استان گلستان میباشد که از ارتفاعات جنوبشرقی این شهرستان سرچشمه گرفته به رودخانه گرگانرود و در نهایت دریای خزر میریزد. دیاتومها، فلور جلبکی غالب را در اکوسیستمهای آبی تشکیل میدهند و به عنوان معرف های شرایط محیطی مطرح هستند. به منظور شناسایی فلور دیاتومهای خرمارود نمونهبرداری طی تابستان و پاییز 1396 از بسترهای سنگی و رسوب انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه به طور کلی تعداد 60 گونه دیاتوم متعلق به 32 جنس و 20 تیره شناسایی شد. 59 گونه متعلق به رده Bacillariophyceae و تنها 1 گونه از رده Coscinodiscophyceaبود. بزرگترین جنس Nitzschiaبا 7 گونه بود و جنسهای Navicula و Gomphonema با 5 گونه ردههای بعدی را به خود اختصاص دادند. بیشترین فراوانیها مربوط به گونههای Achnanthidium gracillimum، Achnanthidium minutissimum، Cocconeis placentula، Cymbella affinis، Encyonopsis minuta، Gomphonema olivaceum و Nitzschia inconspicua بود. براساس نتایج شاخص های تنوع ایستگاه سوم که تحت تأثیر روانابهای استخر پرورش ماهی قرار داشت دارای تنوع گونه ای کمتر و در وضعیت شدیداً آلوده قرار داشت و بقیه ایستگاهها کمی آلوده بودند. همچنین در تمامی ایستگاهها نمونههای مربوط به رسوب تنوع بیشتری نسبت به بستر سنگی داشتند که می تواند اینطور توجیه شود که نمونه های رسوب نسبت به بستر سنگی کمتر از وضعیت شیمیایی آب تأثیر می پذیرند.

اندازهگیری دمای متوسط فاصله و عمق دریای ساحلی با استفاده از روش تیکهنگاری صوتی
در دهههای اخیر افزایش دمای آب دریاها به یکی از مهمترین مخاطرات محیط طبیعی تبدیل شده است و زندگی گیاهان دریایی و آبزیان را به مخاطره انداخته است. لذا پایش پیوسته، بلندمدت و بهنگام دمای آب دریاها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است و میتواند اطلاعات ارزشمندی را در اختیار کارشناسان محیط زیست دریا و سواحل قرار دهد. فناوری تیکهنگاری صوتی یکی از ابزارهای کارآمد بهمنظور پایش جریانهای دریایی است. سامانههای تیکهنگاری صوتی در اطراف محیط آبی قرار گرفته و امواج صوتی را به صورت همزمان ارسال میکنند. سپس با استفاده از میانگین زمان رسیدن امواج صوتی، دمای جریانهای آبی را محاسبه مینمایند. در این مطالعه، ابتدا سامانه تیکهنگاری صوتی دریایی ۱۰ کیلوهرتز در مجرای موسسه تحقیقات آب مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت و با حسگر دما ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که دمای آب بین دو ایستگاه صوتی ۱۸ درجه سانتیگراد است و با دمای حسگر دمایی کاملاً تطابق دارد. در آزمایش دوم، دمای جریانهای آبی بین دو جزیره به فاصله تقریباً ۴۵۰۰ متر به صورت بهنگام اندازهگیری شد. دمای متوسط فاصله و عمق بین دو جزیره در هر دقیقه اندازهگیری و سپس با میانگینگیری متحرک ۳۰ دقیقهای (۳۰ داده) خطای اندازهگیری دما از ۷.۲ به ۱.۳ درجه سانتیگراد کاهش یافت. دمای آب در طول مدت اندازهگیری تقریباً ۲۸ درجه سانتیگراد به دست آمد. با توجه به وجود جزایر متعدد در خلیج فارس، استفاده از روش تیکهنگاری صوتی به منظور پایش پیوسته، بلندمدت و بهنگام دمای جریانهای دریایی توصیه میشود.

محاسبه توان، انرژی و حرارت تولیدی و مصرفی در فناوریهای مختلف تیمار پسماند جامد شهری با احتساب بازیافت- مطالعه موردی: شهر تهران
با افزایش جمعیت، توسعه اقتصادی و شهر نشینی، تولید پسماند به خصوص در کشورهای درحال توسعه، رشد سریعی داشته است. با توجه به افزایش نرخ تولید پسماند، روزانه هزینههای بالایی از پسماند شامل جمع آوری، جابجایی، دفع، سوزاندن در کنار هزینههای سنگین دیگر مانند احداث، تعمیر و نگهداری یک فناوری تیمار پسماند بر دولت و مدیران شهری تحمیل میشود. در این راستا اطلاع از انرژی و حرارت تولیدی و مصرفی در فناوریهای مختلف تیمار به دور از روشهای هزینه بر و طولانی آزمایشگاهی میتواند به مدیران شهری در تصمیم گیری صحیح کمک کند تا بتوانند فناوریهای مختلف تیمار پسماند را با تمام ابعادشان در کوتاه ترین زمان ممکن و بهصورت پایدار بررسی و انتخاب کنند. در این پژوهش، توان، انرژی، حرارت تولیدی و مصرفی کل پسماند (برای فناوری های گازی سازی، سوزاندن و هضم بی هوازی) با احتساب بازیافت محاسبه میشود. توان و انرژی تولیدی کل پسماند شهر تهران به ترتیب برای فرایندهای سوزاندن، 102/35 مگاوات و 1312/88 کیلووات ساعت بر تن، برای فرایند هضم بی هوازی، 66/69 مگاوات و 290/83 کیلووات ساعت بر تن و برای فرایند گازی سازی 130/58 مگاوات و 1717/44 کیلووات ساعت بر تن است. همچنین در تمام مراحل، پتانسیل مقدار مواد بازیافتی برای هر یک اجزا قابل بازیافت پسماند محاسبه شده است. درنهایت میتوان نتیجه گرفت که انرژی تولید شده یک تن پسماند در هر روز در فرایندهای سوزاندن، هضم بی هوازی و گازی سازی به ترتیب معادل انرژی 14 ماه و 12 روز، 3 ماه و 18 روز و 19 ماه و 6 روز است که برای روشنایی منزل استفاده میشود. لازم به ذکر است که عدم قطعیت پارامترهای استفاده شده بر روی نتایج مدلسازی نیز بررسی شده است.

تعیین نرخ مجاز مصرف ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) از نظر فلزات سنگین در رودخانههای شهر خاش
فلزات سنگین به عنوان یکی از گروههای اصلی آلایندههای محیط آبی، در اثر فعالیتهای طبیعی و انسانی به محیط آبی راه مییابند. این فلزات ممکن است در بدن موجودات آبزی، از جمله ماهی تجمع یابند و خطر بالقوه برای سلامتی اکوسیستم و موجودات زنده و بخصوص برای انسان محسوب گردند. در مطالعه حاضر، میزان غلظت فلزات سنگین )روی، مس، سرب و نیکل (در بافت عضله ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) در سه ایستگاه (دهپابید، بیداستر و اسکل آباد) شهر خاش در بهار 1398 مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. پس از آمادهسازی و هضم شیمیایی بافت ماهی، میزان فلزات سنگین مورد مطالعه به وسیله دستگاه جذب اتمی تعیین شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد بالاترین میزان تجمع به ترتیب مربوط به روی>مس>سرب>نیکل در همه ایستگاههای مورد مطالعه است. میانگین میزان تجمع فلزات سنگین با استانداردهای بین المللی WHO، FDA، NHMRC، FAO، UKMAFF و USEPA مقایسه شد. میزان سمیت فلزات سنگین مس، روی و سرب پایین تر از غلظت مجاز استاندارهای بینالمللی بوده است. طبق نتایج تنها فلز نیکل نزدیک به میزان حد مجاز با استاندارد WHO در نمونههای بیداستر و اسکل آباد بود که نشان میدهد باید کنترل بیشتری بر روی منابع تولیدکننده این فلز در اطراف مناطق مورد نظر انجام داد. همچنین میزان جذب روزانه (EDI) فلزات مورد مطالعه برای مصرف کنندگان کودک و بزرگسال، پایینتر از دوز مرجع تعیین شده توسط سازمان EPA و مصرف قابل تحمل (TI) ارائه شده توسط سازمانFAO/WHO بهدست آمد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد مصرف ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان از حیث بهداشتی برای مصارف انسانی مناسب است اما با توجه به خاصیت تجمع زیستی و سمیت فلزات سنگین، مطالعات ارزیابی ریسک و تعیین نرخ مجاز مصرف ماهی با در نظر گرفتن همه مسیرهای مواجهه با آن در این مناطق ضروری به نظر میرسد.

حذف نیترات از آب و پساب توسط گیاهان آبزی (Myriophyllum spicatum) و (Ruppia maritima)
روشهای متعددی برای حذف نیترات وجود دارد که اغلب بسیار هزینهبر هستند. استفاده از گیاهان آبزی به دلیل هزینه کم و سازگاری با محیط زیست، سالهاست که توجه محققان را به خود جلب نموده است. به منظور استفاده از دو نوع گیاه Myriophyllum spicatum و Ruppia maritima در حذف نیترات، آزمایشی در سه تیمار و سه تکرار با جریان بسته در آکواریوم طراحی شد. نیازهای زیستی لازم برای رشد گیاهان مورد مطالعه در آکواریوم فراهم شد. زمان ماند، یک ماه در نظر گرفته شد و تغییرات نیترات هر سه روز یکبار و در کل، 10 بار توسط دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتر مدل Unic 2100 ثبت گردید. در کلیه تیمارها به جز دوره زمانی 6، تفاوت معنی دار در میزان جذب نیترات بین گیاهان مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. در پایان روز 30، شاخص درصد حذف M. spicatum، 13/87 و R.maritima، 53/92 بدست آمد. وزن خشک R.maritima در پایان آزمایش افزایش معنی دار داشته که نشان دهنده قابلیت آن در استفاده از نیترات به عنوان ماده مغذی میباشد. تفاوت معنی دار میانگین نیترات در نمونه ها با نمونه شاهد طی دوره های زمانی مختلف، بیانگر وجود عاملی به جز تجزیه باکتریایی یعنی حضور گیاهان در این مطالعه است. بر اساس نتایج، این ماکروفیت ها به عنوان یک گزینه مناسب برای کاهش بار نیترات و مواد آلی در آب های آلوده هستند. لازم به ذکر است که لازمه بهبود کیفیت آب و نگهداری از سطح کیفی بدست آمده، کنترل این ماکروفیت ها است تا از بازگشت مواد مغذی موجود در بافت آنها به محیط طی فرآیند تجزیه جلوگیری به عمل آید.

مقایسه روش های پیکسلمبنا و شئگرا در طبقهبندی کاربری اراضی (مطالعه موردی: حوضه سملقان)
برنامهریزی و استفاده بهینه از منابع و کنترل و مهار تغییرات غیر اصولی در آینده، نیازمند مطالعه میزان تغییرات و تخریب منابع میباشد. در واقع برنامهریزان برای تصمیمگیریهای اصولی، بایستی شناخت کاملی از کاربری اراضی، آشکارسازی، پیشبینی تغییرات کاربری اراضی و پوشش زمین به منظور مدیریت بهتر منابع طبیعی در بلندمدت داشته باشند. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی صحت الگوریتمهای مختلف طبقهبندی نظارت شده پیکسلمبنا و شئگرا در استخراج کاربری اراضی حوضه سملقان در سه مقطع زمانی 1987، 2002 و 2019 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که الگوریتمهای ماشین بردار پشتیبان برای تصاویر سالهای 1987 و 2019 و شبکه عصب برای تصویر سال 2002 در روش طبقهبندی پیکسل مبنا از بیشترین مقدار صحت کلی و ضریب کاپا برخوردار میباشد. همچنین، واضحترین تغییری که با مقایسه نقشههای کاربری تهیه شده مشاهده میشود، تغییر سطح کاربریها با رشد مناطق مسکونی، دیم و جنگل است و این گسترش به صورت مستمری با کاهش کاربری مرتعی همراه بوده است. بدینصورت که از سال 1987 تا سال 2019 مساحت کاربری مسکونی بیش از 197/9 کیلومتر مربع و اراضی دیم در طی این سالها به میزان 89/130 کیلومتر مربع و جنگل 92/118 کیلومتر مربع افزایش، اراضی کشاورزی آبی نیز 45/44 کیلومتر مربع افزایش و کاربری مرتع نیز به میزان 3/272 کیلومتر مربع کاهش یافته است.

تغییرات مکانی و زمانی نرخ فرونشست گرد و غبار شهر یزد و ارتباط آن با برخی پارامترهای اقلیمی
فرونشست گرد و غبار به طور گسترده در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک جهان اتفاق میافتد. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی ویژگیهای زمانی و مکانی گرد و غبار اتمسفری در شهر یزد و ارتباط آن با پارامترهای اقلیمی انجام شد. گرد و غبار به صورت فصلی در یک دوره یکساله از پائیز 1397 تا تابستان 1398 و از 30 نقطه با استفاده از تلههای رسوبگیر نصب شده در بام ساختمانهای یک طبقه نمونه-برداری شد و نرخ فرونشست گرد و غبار تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که کمترین نرخ فرونشست گرد و غبار در فصل تابستان با میانگین 27/13 گرم بر متر مربع و بیشترین مقدار آن با میانگین 41/23 گرم بر مترمربع در بهار مشاهده گردید و متوسط نرخ فرونشست سالانه گرد و غبار در منطقه مورد مطالعه در طی یک سال داده برداری 7/72 تن بر کیلومتر مربع بدست آمد. نمودارهای همبستگی نشان داد که ضریب همبستگی منفی و پائین بین نرخ فرونشست گرد و غبار با دمای حداقل (28/0=R2) و دمای حداکثر (19/0=R2) وجود دارد. هر چند همبستگی مثبت و قوی در خصوص دادههای متوسط باد (941/0=R2) و حداکثر سرعت باد (905/0=R2) و همبستگی مثبت ولی پائین با تعداد مشاهدات گرد و غبار (09/0=R2) مشاهده گردید. به نظر میرسد از بین پارامترهای اقلیمی، سرعت باد در منطقه مورد مطالعه تاثیر بیشتری بر وقوع رخدادهای گرد و غبار و هم چنین بر میزان نرخ فرونشست گرد و غبار داشته است. با توجه به نقشههای پهنهبندی، جهت باد غالب، بازدید از مناطق مختلف در حین نمونهبرداری و هم چنین نقشه هوائی از منطقه در نواحی شمال و شمال غربی و شرق منطقه بیابانهای بدون پوشش گیاهی و بدون ساختمان وجود دارد که باعث شده در این مناطق نرخ فرونشست بیشتر باشد و کمترین میزان نرخ فرونشست در ایستگاههای نمونهبرداری مرکز شهر با ساختمانهای بلند مسکونی و اداری در این مناطق، مشاهده گردید. . تعامل بین خصوصیات مختلف نقاط نمونهبرداری گرد و غبار از جمله ارتفاع، نزدیکی به مناطق پرترافیک و پرتردد، نزدیکی به مناطق انجام عملیات عمرانی، فاصله از مناطق تولید گرد و غبار، جهت باد غالب و میزان و پراکنش بارش و سرعت باد بر نرخ فرونشست گرد و غبار در نقاط مختلف منطقه مورد مطالعه تاثیر گذاشته و منجر به توزیع غیریکنواخت نرخ فرونشست گرد و غبار در منطقه شده است.

ارزیابی نگرش و تمایل به پرداخت شهروندان مهاجران برای بهبود کیفیت هوا
وجود بحران آلودگی هوا در کشورهای در حال توسعه، ضرورت انجام مطالعات همه جانبه در این زمینه را بوجود میآورد. شهر جدید مهاجران از شهرهای تازه تأسیس در استان مرکزی است، که منابع آلودهکننده این شهر اکثراً منابع نقطهای و غیر قابل انتقال هستند. این منابع آلودهکننده در کنار دیگر عوامل آلوده کننده قرار گرفته و باعث آلودگی هوای این شهر شده است. در مطالعه حاضر هدف، برآورد میزان تمایل به پرداخت افراد برای بهبود کیفیت هوای شهر مهاجران و تعیین عوامل مؤثر برتمایل به پرداخت افراد است. در این مطالعه، برای برآورد تمایل به پرداخت افراد از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط و مدل لوجیت استفاده شده است. دادههای مورد نیاز از تکمیل 362 پرسشنامه دو گانه دو بعدی به صورت رو در رو، در سال 1399 در شهر مهاجران استخراج شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد متغیر درآمد خانوار، سن، سابقه بیماری بخاطر آلودگی هوا و شاخص نگرش و تمایلات زیستمحیطی پاسخگویان تأثیر مثبت و متغیر مبلغ پیشنهادی تأثیر منفی و معنیداری بر تمایل به پرداخت افراد دارند. همچنین، متوسط تمایل به پرداخت پاسخ-گویان برای بهبود کیفیت هوای این شهر 12838 تومان ماهانه بدست آمد. متوسط تمایل به پرداخت ماهانه هر خانوار 49170 تومان و ارزش کل اقتصادی 3135 میلیون تومان در سال برآورد گردید. لذا این موضوع توجه بیشتر مسئولین را در برنامهریزیهای شهری میطلبد.

ارزیابی آلودگی صوتی مناطق 3 و 4 شهر اصفهان ناشی از ترافیک
آلودگی صوتی یکی از مهمترین مشکلات زیستمحیطی در کلان شهرهاست که در ابعاد مختلف روانی و جسمی، سلامتی انسان را به مخاطره میاندازد. شهر اصفهان همانند سایر شهرهای بزرگ به دلیل تردد وسایل نقلیه و فقدان مکانیسم موثر در محدود کردن استفاده از وسایل نقلیهی شخصی با مشکل ترافیک مواجه است. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی و پهنهبندی انتشار آلودگی صوتی در مناطق 3 و 4 اصفهان بود. 16 ایستگاه انتخاب و پارامترهای صوتی در سه نوبت از شبانه روز طی دو فصل زمستان و بهار به وسیله دستگاه صوتسنج بروئل و کجایر اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که در دی ماه بیشترین آلودگی متعلق به ایستگاه بعد از پل بزرگمهربا 100 دسیبل و کمترین آلودگی متعلق به ایستگاههای قبل از خیابان رکن الدوله و بعد از چهارراه آپادانا با 69 دسیبل بود. بیشترین آلودگی در بهمن در ایستگاه پل بزرگمهر در محدوده پارک با 103 دسیبل بود. ایستگاه بعد از خیابان مبارزاندر اسفندماه بیشترین میزان آلودگی را داشت. در فروردین بیشترین آلودگی متعلق به ایستگاه پل بزرگمهر در محدوده پارک به میزان 106 دسیبل بود. آلوده ترین ایستگاه در اردیبهشت شماره 12 (پل بزرگمهر در محدوده پارک ) با 107 دسیبل بود. در خردادماه بیشترین آلودگی متعلق به ایستگاههای شماره 1، 2، 9، 10 و 11 بود. نتایج پهنه بندی انتشار آلودگی صوتی نشان داد که بیشترین محدوده انتشار آلودگی صوتی در محدوده خیابان بزرگمهر و میدان احمدآباد بوده است که با دور شدن از خیابان اصلی میزان انتشار صوت کاهش مییابد. ابزار پهنه بندی انتشار صوت به عنوان یک ابزار کارآمد و مفید می باشد. نتایج این مطالعه به عنوان مرجع و راهنما برای برنامه ریزی و وضع قوانین در آینده در مورد محدوده مجازصوت در محیط های شهری مفید و کاربردی هستند.

ارزیابی پتانسیل طبیعتگردی سیمای منظر منطقه حفاظت شده دنا با استفاده از روش کمی تنوع
در دهههای اخیر، روندهای جهانی در گردشگری دستخوش تحول تدریجی شده است. در بسیاری از فعالیتهای اجتماعی، جنبه زیستمحیطی تقویت شده و به مسئولیت فردی و جمعی برای حفاظت از محیط زیست بیشتر توجه شده که تأثیر مهمی بر فعالیتهای گردشگری گذاشته و موجب ایجاد یک مفهوم کاملاً جدید گردشگری با ماهیت اکولوژیکی تحت عنوان طبیعتگردی در مقابل شکل سنتی و گسترده آن شده است. رشد فزاینده صنعت گردشگری به موازات تحولات سریع اقتصادی، سیاسی و تکنولوژیکی، گردشگری را به مؤلفه مهم اقتصاد ملتها تبدیل کرده است و منافع ناشی از گردشگری در همه بخشها در خدمت رشد اقتصادی قرار گرفته است. منطقه دنا با دارا بودن پتانسیلهای بیشمار گردشگری میتواند سهم بهسزایی در رونق اقتصادی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد و نهایتاً کشور داشته باشد و زمینه مساعدی برای اشتغالزایی و بهرهبرداری پایدار از اکوسیستم را فراهم نماید. لذا هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی ژئولوژیکی سیمای منظر منطقه حفاظت شده دنا بر اساس روش کمی تنوع (روش V-Wert) است که بوسیله بومشناس سیمای منظر Hans Kiemstedt ارائه شده است. در این روش مؤلفههای طبیعی سیمای منظر (جنگلها، سطوح آبی، پستی و بلندی، اقلیم) و کاربری اراضی به عنوان معیارهای اصلی برای ارزیابی پتانسیل طبیعتگردی منطقه حفاظت شده دنا، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که از کل سطح مورد تجزیه و تحلیل که 832 کیلومتر مربع بود، سطوح خیلی مطلوب و مطلوب سیمای منظر برای توسعه فعالیتهای طبیعتگردی به ترتیب 34 و 48 کیلومتر مربع یا به عبارتی دیگر 10 درصد از کل منطقه را به خود اختصاص دادند که غالباً در امتداد رودخانههای اصلی توزیع شدهاند. از این رو به منظور توسعه طبیعتگردی در منطقه حفاظت شده دنا لازم است به کمک پیمایشهای صحرایی، خوش منظرترین نقاط با کیفیت بصری ممتاز در سطوح خیلی مطلوب و مطلوب شناسایی شده در این تحقیق انتخاب شود. اراضی نامطوب برای توسعه طبیعتگردی از نگاه زیباشناختی منظر نیز با 619 کیلومتر مربع (74 درصد) بیشترین بخش از منطقه را شامل میشوند که لازم است در بحث توسعه گردشگری به محدودیت بصری و اکولوژیکی این بخش غالب از منطقه نیز توجه جدی شود. مقایسه نتایج این تحقیق با سایر تحقیقات مشابه انجام شده در منطقه حفاظت شده دنا نشان داد که این مدل در مقایسه با سایر مدلهای ارزیابی در تفکیک درجات شایستگی کیفیت زیباشناختی مناطق برای توسعه طبیعتگردی سختگیرانهتر عمل میکند که به نوعی میتواند بیانگر دقت بیشتر مدل باشد.

بررسی وضعیت، منابع و ریسک سلامت هیدروکربن های آروماتیک چند حلقه ای (PAHs) در خاک های سطحی میدان نفتی اهواز
غلظت بالای هیدروکربن های آروماتیک چند حلقه ای (PAHs) در خاک های سطحی به عنوان یک خطر جدی برای سلامت انسان و محیط زیست به شمار میآید. در این مطالعه جهت بررسی سطح آلودگی PAHs در میدان نفتی اهواز تعداد 66 عدد نمونه خاک سطحی برداشت و غلظت PAHs به روش کروماتوگرافی گازی – طیف سنجی جرمی (GC-MS) تعیین گردید. مقدار کل غلظت 16 PAHs در خاک های سطحی میدان نفتی اهواز از 50/913 تا 05/44452 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم متغیر است و دارای میانگین مجموع غلظت 57/12872 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم است. PAHs ناشی از احتراق بخش قابل توجهی از کل غلظت PAHS را تشکیل می دهند، که از 61/0تا 73/0 متغیر است. نسبت ترکیبات سرطان زا به کل PAHs ها در محدوده بین 55/0 تا 59/0 است. میانگین غلظت PAHsبا وزن مولکولی بالا (HMW) 13/10573 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم است که 82% از کل PAHs را شامل می شود و منشاء آنها عموما در اثر احتراق سوختهای نفتی می باشد. میانگین غلظت اکثر PAHs بالاتر از مقادیر ERL و کمتر از مقدار ERM است که نشان دهنده آن است که گاهی اوقات عوارض جانبی بیولوژیکی ناشی از PAHs رخ می دهد. اما غلظت دو ترکیب Ant و BaA بیشتر از مقدار ERM می باشد لذا این دو ترکیب در اغلب موارد باعث ایجاد عوارض جانبی بیولوژیکی است. غلظت معادل سمیت (TEQ) در خاک سطحی از 44/99 تا 86/5301 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم متغیر است. میزان ILCR در مسیر بلع در کودکان بیشتر از بزرگسالان است اما در مسیر جذب پوستی و تنفس در بزرگسالان بیشتر از کودکان است. مجموع ریسک سرطانی (CR) برای کودکان (4-10×95/8) بیشتر از بزرگسالان ( 4-10×64/8 ) است که این امر پتانسیل بالای خطر سرطانزایی را در منطقه مورد مطالعه نشان می دهد.

بررسی اثر آموزش بر انتشار دی اکسید کربن در ایران با بررسی منحنی زیست محیطی کوزنتس
توسعه پایدار یکی از اهداف مهم کشورها در عصر حاضر است. آموزش به عنوان یکی از عوامل موثر بر بهبود تکنولوژی در بخشهای تولیدی و اصلاح الگوی مصرف در بخشهای مصرفی نقش بسزایی را درکاهش انتشار گاز دی اکسید کربن دارد. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی اثر آموزش بر انتشار دی اکسید کربن با استفاده از شواهد آماری استانهای ایران برای دوره زمانی 1385-1394 و رهیافت دادههای پانل پرداخته میشود. نتایج حاصل از برآوردها نشان میدهد که نظریه محیط زیستی کوزنتس در اقتصاد ایران قابل تایید است، چرا که اثر تولید و مجذور تولید بر انتشار دی اکسید کربن به ترتیب مثبت و منفی معنادار است. همچنین گسترش شهرنشینی به دلیل ساختارهای نامناسب طراحی شهری و شدت انرژی اثر مثبت و معناداری را بر انتشار دی اکسید کربن دارد و در نهایت افزایش مخارج آموزشی ابتدا باعث کاهش انتشارگازدی اکسیدکربن میشود سپس با افزایش سطح آموزش، انتشار دی اکسید کربن افزایش مییابد، بنابراین توجه به معیارهای آموزش باکیفیت از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.

حذف فلز سنگین کروم از محیط های آبی با استفاده از کربن فعال تولید شده از فیلترهای سیگار مصرف شده
امروزه به علت مصرف انبوه سیگار و وجود فیلترهای سیگار به عنوان پسماندی آلوده و غیر قابل تخریب در محیط زیست، اهمیت جمع آوری و تبدیل آنها به یک ماده قابل مصرف امری ضروری است. بنابر این تبدیل ته سیگارها به کربن فعال می تواند به صورت دوگانه برای محیط زیست موثر باشد. از آنجا که آب آشامیدنی سالم فاکتوری حیاتی برای بقا جوامع است، وجود فلز سنگین کروم در آب می تواند بسیار خطرناک باشد. امروزه استفاده از کربن فعال یکی از روشهای متداول برای حذف فلز سنگین کروم از آب است. هدف از این مطالعه کارایی کربن فعال تولید شده از ته سیگارها در حذف کروم شش ظرفیتی از محلول های آبی بود. در این تحقیق از فعال سازی شیمیای توسط NaOH استفاده و برای تعیین میزان سطح مخصوص از آزمون BET و SEM استفاده شد. اثرPH، مقدار جاذب، زمان واکنش، غلظت اولیه کروم و دما جهت حذف کروم بررسی و میزان جذب با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که پیش عملیات با NaOH و افزایش غلظت آن منجر به افزایش سطح مخصوص کربن های فعال شد . آزمایشات جذب نشان داد که بالاترین راندمان جذب در pH 2، میزان جاذبg/l 7، زمانmin 60 ، غلظت اولیه کرومmg/l 50 و دمای0C 25 مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان داد که جذب از ایزوترم لانگمویر تبعیت می کنند و معادله شبه مرتبه اول مناسب برای داده های آزمایش می باشد. بررسی ترمودینامیک جذب نشان داد که واکنش خود به خودی و گرمازا است. این تحقیق نشان داد که الیاف استات سلولز در فیلتر سیگار می تواند ماده ای مناسب در عملیات کربونیزاسیون جهت تهیه کربن فعال با سطح مخصوص در حدود m2/g 1000 شود که جهت حذف کروم از آب می تواند مصرف شود است.

اثر افزایش سطوح صوت با الگوهای زمانی متفاوت بر رفتار شناگری ماهی زبرا (Danio rerio)
افزایش سطوح صوت ناشی از فعالیتهای انسانی در زیستگاههای آبی میتواند اثرات منفی گستردهای بر ماهیان و سایر گونههای آبزی داشته باشد. در یک مطالعه آزمایشگاهی، تأثیر پنج تیمار صوتی (در دامنه صوت یکسان 400-2000 هرتز و شدت صوت dB ref 1 µPa 121) با ساختار زمانی متفاوت بر رفتارهای شناگری ماهی زبرا (Danio rerio) بررسی گردید. تعداد حرکت انفجاری، سرعت شنای کوتاه مدت و سرعت شنای بلندمدت برای تمامی 30 قطعه ماهی زبرا به صورت انفرادی مورد اندازهگیری قرار گرفت. برای انجام این مطالعه و بررسی رفتارهای ماهی از یک آکواریوم به ابعاد 20×15×50 سانتیمتر استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش اثرات برجسته و واضح مرتبط با تاثیر صوت بر رفتار ماهی زبرا را نشان داد. تمامی تیمارهای صوتی باعث افزایش معنیداری در تعداد حرکت انفجاری، سرعت شنای کوتاهمدت و سرعت شنای بلندمدت در ماهی زبرا در شرایط اسارت شد (05/0>P). نتایج این مطالعه بیانگر تاثیر بالقوه اصوات ناشی از فعالیتهای انسانی بر رفتار ماهی زبرا در شرایط کنترل شده میباشد. مطالعات بیشتر در این زمینه مورد نیاز است تا بررسی شود که آیا اصوات ناشی از فعالیتهای انسانی میتواند باعث ایجاد الگوهای مشابه در سایر گونههای ماهی در شرایط اسارت و یا محیط طبیعی گردد.

مدلسازی میزان انتشار گازهای گلخانهای در باغات استان خوزستان
یکی از عوامل اصلی عمـده تغییرات آب و هوای کرهی زمین و تنوع زیستی، انتشـار گازهـای گلخانهای از منابع مختلف به ویژه از بخش کشاورزی است. استان خوزستان به عنوان یکی از قطبهای کشاورزی با مصرف فراوان کودهای شیمیایی سهم عمدهای در تولید گازهای گلخانهای دارد. لذا هدف از این پژوهش استفاده از مدلهای دیسنت و دیاندیسی در تعیین نرخ تصاعد گازهای متان، اکسیدنیتروس و اکسیدنیتریک در مرکبات و نخلستانهای خوزستان است. برای این منظور منطقه موردنظر به سه بخش تقسیم و در هر بخش نمونهبرداری بهصورت تصادفی صورت گرفت.زمان نمونهبرداری درمرحله گلدهی ودراردیبهشت1398 که اوج پوششسبز برای هردرخت بود انجام و غلظت گاز خروجی با استفاده از روش اتاقک بسته وکروماتوگرافی گازی درمحلهای نمونهبرداری انجام شد.میزان پتانسیل گرمایش جهانی براساس دادههای مشاهداتی و مدلهای دیسنت و دیاندیسی بهدست آمد.کارایی مدل دیسنت و دیاندیسی با استفاده از آمارههای ضریب تعیین ،خطای حداکثر ،ریشهی میانگین مربعات خطا ، کارایی مدل و ضریب جرم باقیمانده بررسی گردید. مطابق نتایج مدل دیسنت، بیشترین میانگین شار متان مدل شده در ایستگاه دزفول ( تن در هکتار در سال 448/0) و شار اکسیدنیتروس مدل شده در ایستگاه آبادان (014/0 تن در هکتار در سال) و شار اکسیدنیتریک مدل شده در ایستگاه دزفول ( تن در هکتار در سال 152/0) تعیین شد. همچنین در مدل دیاندیسی بیشترین میانگین شار متان مدل شده در ایستگاه دزفول ( تن در هکتار در سال 374/0)، شار اکسیدنیتروس مدل شده در ایستگاه آبادان (تن در هکتار در سال 258/0) و شار اکسیدنیتریک مدل شده در ایستگاه دزفول ( تن در هکتار در سال 118/0) بهدست آمد. بیشترین میزان پتانسیل گرمایش جهانی براساس دادههای مشاهداتی در ایستگاه آبادان (935/139 تن معادل دی اکسید کربن) بوده و براساس دادههای دیسنت در ایستگاه دزفول (114/58 تن معادل دی اکسید کربن) و براساس دادههای دیاندیسی در ایستگاه آبادان (669/111 تن معادل دی اکسید کربن) تعیین شد. با توجه به نتایج شاخصهای آماری مدل دیسنت برای سه گاز اکسیدنیتروس، متان و اکسیدنیتریک بهترتیب، ضریب تعیین (98/0، 99/0و 77/0)، ریشهی میانگین مربعات خطا (05/0، 31 /0و03/0) و کارایی مدل (61/0، 85/0و76/0) و در مدل دیاندیسی نیز شاخصهای ضریب تعیین (98/0، 98/0و 8/0) ریشهی میانگین مربعات خطا (01/0، 45/0و04/0) و کارایی مدل (95/0، 68/0و63/0) و هر دو مدل دقت قابل قبولی را برآورد گازهای گلخانهای مذکور نشان دادند. توصیه میشود که به جای مصرف بیرویه کودهای شیمیایی بهعنوان یک منبع اصلی انتشار گازهای گلخانهای، از نظرات کارشناسان و اصول مصرف بهینه کودی در مزرعه استفاده گردد
