Having considered the contradictory results about the variation of heavy metals concentration due to body indices, age, and gender conditions, the present study was designed. Accordingly, the sampling was accomplished in autumn and winter 2019-2020, capturing 30 mallards based on applying the Duma method in the Fereydunkenar region. The individuals were first identified regarding the beak and plumage into male/female as well as adult/immature species and then the body indexes of tarsus length, wing length, tail length, head length, body length, and body weight were measured. The digestion was conducted (putting a weight of 0.5 gr of the breast feathers into nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide) and heavy metals concentrations were afterward measured using atomic spectroscopy, MP-AES 4100 model. The results indicated there were no significant differences in heavy metals concentration referring to gender status (Cd: P= 0.558, Pb: P=0.215) and maturity (Cd: P= 0.673, Pb: P=0.214). Likewise, the body condition parameters including tail length, body length and body weight had also no significant effect on Cd (P=0.385; P= 0.299; P= 0.547) and Pb (P=0.554; P= 0.185; P= 0.337) concentrations, respectively. Concluding the results, the current study indicates Pb and Cd concentrations in Mallard’s breast feathers are not dependent on gender, age groups, and body condition indices. However, long-term studies can better clarify these effects and mechanisms in bird species feathers.}, keywords = {heavy metal pollution,Breast feather,waterbirds,Bioindicator,Fereydunkenar}, title_fa = {تأثیر گروه سنی، جنسیت و شاخص‌های وضعیت بدن در غلظت فلزات سنگین سرب و کادمیوم در بافت پر اردک سرسبز}, abstract_fa = {از میان گونه‌های پرندگان آبزی، اردک سرسبز Anas platyrhynchos مدل زیستی مناسبی برای تحقیقات سم‌شناسی اکولوژیکی فلزات سنگین به شمار می‌رود. از بین اندام‌ها، استفاده از پرها به‌عنوان اندیکاتور زیستی و نوعی روش غیرکشنده و غیرمخرب در ارزیابی آلودگی فلزات سنگین بسیار متداول است. با توجه به تناقض‌ نتایج تحقیقات مختلف در رابطۀ بین غلظت فلزات سنگین با سن، جنس و وضعیت‌های مختلف بدنی پرندگان، این تحقیق انتخاب شده است. نمونه‌برداری از 30 اردک سرسبز در پاییز و زمستان 1398 در دامگاه فریدون‌کنار با روش زنده‌گیری دوما انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ها براساس رنگ منقار و شاهپرهای بال و پر به نر و ماده و بالغ و نابالغ تفکیک شدند و پارامترهای طول تارس، طول بال، طول دم، طول سر، طول بدن و وزن بدن به‌عنوان شاخص‌های وضعیت بدن اندازه‌گیری شدند. سپس با نیم گرم از پر قسمت‌های سینه‌ای، هضم نمونه‌ها با اسید نیتریک و هیدروژن پراکسید انجام گرفت و فلزات سنگین به‌وسیلۀ دستگاه جذب اتمی مدل MP-AES 4100 قرائت شد. نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری در غلظت فلزات سنگین بین جنس‌های نر و ماده مشاهده نشد (کادمیوم: 0/558= P و سرب: 0/215=P). این اختلاف غلظت فلزات بین بالغان و نابالغان نیز از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود (کادمیوم: 0/673= P و سرب: 0/214=P). پارامترهای وضعیت بدن (طول دم، طول بدن و وزن بدن) نیز اثر معنی‌داری بر غلظت کادمیوم (به‌ترتیب 0/385=P= 0/299، P= 0/547 ،P) و سرب (‌به‌ترتیب 0/554=P= 0/185 ،P‌=0/377 ،P) در بافت پر نداشته‌اند. تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که غلظت سرب و کادمیوم در بافت پر اردک سرسبز وابسته به جنس، گروه‌های سنی و شاخص‌های وضعیت بدن نیست. تحقیقات طولانی‌مدت، بهتر می‌تواند این اثرها و سازوکار‌های آنها را در بافت پرِ گونه‌های پرندگان مشخص کند.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی فلزات سنگین,پر سینه‌ای,پرندگان آبزی,شاخص زیستی,فریدون‌کنار}, url = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_83770.html}, eprint = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_83770_bc9f032baac2c0a060b0311c6f2a27a2.pdf} }
