Nevertheless, measurement of side effects of fish cage culture, along with providing solutions for the optimal use of fish food, can be used as an effective tool to reduce the side effects of this system. So the purpose of this study is to quantify nutrient loadings in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) marine cage farms as the most important nutrients released to the marine and near-shore ecosystem and to make suggestions for reducing the emissions of these nutrients in Mazandaran province. In the production cycle of 2017-18, there were 9 active fish cage farms which the nutrient loadings from each farm were calculated based on an indirect method. According to the results, the environmental loss amounted to 73.979 kg N t-1, 13.893 kg P t-1, and 488.353 kg C t-1 of fish produced. Feed conversion ratio (FCR = feed supplied/ body weight gained) varied between 0.897- 4 with an average of 1.249 representing severe inefficiencies of feeding. Based on study findings, weak technical knowledge of farmers, especially in choosing the right time for start and the end of production cycles, and feeding mismanagement will increase the amount of nutrients released into the environment.}, keywords = {Rainbow trout,Cage culture,Pollutants Emission,feed conversion ratio,Mazandaran province}, title_fa = {ارزیابی میزان نیتروژن، فسفر و کربن آزاد شده به اکوسیستم ناشی از پرورش قزل‌آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) در قفس‌های دریایی واقع در استان مازندران}, abstract_fa = {سیستم پرورش ماهی در قفس‌های دریایی به این دلیل که یک سیستم باز تلقی می‌شود، در صورت عدم استفاده بهینه از نهاده‌ها به ویژه غذای ماهیان می‌تواند موجب انتشار مقادیر قابل توجهی آلاینده به اکوسیستم دریایی شود. با این وجود، بررسی و اندازه‌گیری اثرات جانبی پرورش ماهی در قفس به همراه ارائه راهکارهایی برای استفاده بهینه از غذای ماهیان، می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری موثر برای کاهش پیامدهای جانبی این سیستم به کار گرفته شود. از این رو بررسی حاضر با هدف اندازه‌گیری میزان نیتروژن، فسفر و کربن به عنوان مهم‌ترین آلاینده‌های آزاد شده به اکوسیستم دریایی ناشی از پرورش قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) در قفس و ارائه پیشنهاد‌هایی برای کاهش انتشار این آلاینده‌ها در سطح استان مازندران انجام شده است. در فصل پرورشی 96-1395 تعداد 9 مزرعه فعال پرورش ماهی در قفس در این استان وجود داشته است که میزان انتشار آلاینده‌ها به محیط آبی در هر یک از مزارع، با روشی غیر مستقیم ارزیابی شد. بر پایه نتایج، به ازای هر تن ماهی قزل‌آلای تولید شده در قفس‌های پرورش ماهی به طور میانگین 979/73 کیلوگرم نیتروژن، 893/13 کیلوگرم فسفر و 353/488 کیلوگرم کربن به محیط آزاد شده است. نرخ تبدیل غذایی (نسبت غذای داده شده به ماهیان به میزان ماهی تولید شده) نیز بین 4-897/0 با میانگین 249/1 بود که حاکی از تغییرات شدید کارایی تغذیه است. بر اساس یافته‌ها ضعف دانش فنی قفس‌داران به خصوص در انتخاب زمان مناسب شروع و پایان دوره و مدیریت تغذیه میزان آلاینده‌های آزاد شده به محیط را افزایش خواهد داد.}, keywords_fa = {قزل‌آلای رنگین کمان,پرورش در قفس,انتشار آلاینده‌ها,نرخ تبدیل غذایی,استان مازندران}, url = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_75740.html}, eprint = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_75740_b0bd8904a465dab0d06c0f8d2fc21af1.pdf} }
