In the process of producing Biochar no Carbon Dioxide is released into atmosphere, so Biochar is fully carbonated. Many studies have been conducted on the ability of Biochar in improving soil condition and maintaining soil nutrients; however limited studies have been conducted on effect of Biochar on nitrate removal from drainage waters. In this paper, it has been assumed that because of high amount of Carbon in Biochar, using Biochar instead of raw Carbon materials in nitrate removal bioreactors can effectively eliminate the nitrate from subsoil drainage. In order to evaluate the effect of different mixtures of Biochar (0, 10, 15, 20and 30 percent) and effect of different inlet nitrate concentration (40, 160 mg/liter) on bioreactor performance regarding nitrate removal, bioreactors with 125cm poly-ethylene pipes were stimulated. The experiment was performed in factorial method in a random scheme with three repetitions. Results showed that nitrate removal is strongly affected by Biochar percentage used in them. The maximum nitrate removal was reported in pipes with 30% Biochar (96.4%) and the minimum was reported in replication pipes with no Biochar (80.7%). Also, nitrate removal is also affected by concentration of inlet nitrate solution. Nitrate removal percentage in C2 treatment (160 gr/liter) was lower than C1 treatment (40 mg/liter), the results were 89.9% and 91.4% respectively.}, keywords = {Biochar","Nitrate","bioreactor"," underground drainage}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر استفاده از بیوچار در کارایی بیوراکتورهای حذف نیترات از زه آب زهکش‌های زیرزمینی}, abstract_fa = {بیوچار زغال تهیه شده از زیست توده گیاهی و ضایعات کشاورزی تحت شرایط اکسیژن محدود است. در فرآیند تهیه این زغال دی اکسید کربن در اتمسفر آزاد نمی‌شود و از این رو سرشار از کربن است. مطالعات بسیاری به بررسی توانایی بیوچار در بهبود وضعیت خاک وحفظ مواد مغذی خاک پرداخته‌اند. ولی تاکنون مطالعات انگشت شماری به بررسی تاثیر بیوچار در حذف نیترات از زه‌آب‌ها پرداخته‌اند. فرض تحقیق حاضر این است که بکارگیری بیوچار به جای مواد خام کربنی در بیوراکتور حذف نیترات، بدلیل دارا بودن مقادیر بالاتر کربن، می‌تواند باعث حذف کارآمدتر نیترات از زهکش‌های زیرزمینی گردد. به منظور ارزیابی اثر ترکیب‌های مختلف بیوچار (0، 10، 15،20 و30 درصد) و همچنین اثر مقادیر مختلف غلظت نیترات ورودی (40 و 160 میلی-گرم در لیتر) بر عملکرد بیوراکتور حذف نیترات، بیوراکتورهایی با لوله‌های پلی اتیلنی با ارتفاع 125 سانتی متری شبیه سازی شدند. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، درصد حذف نیترات در ستون‌های آزمایش به طور معنی داری تحت تأثیر درصد بیوچار به کار رفته در آن‌ها قرار دارد و بیشترین مقدار آن در ستون‌های حاوی 30 درصد بیوچار (4/96 درصد) و کمترین مقدار آن در تیمار شاهد (7/80 درصد) مشاهده شد. همچنین اثر غلظت نیترات ورودی بر درصد حذف نیترات معنی‌دار و درصد حذف نیترات در تیمار C2 (160 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) کمتر از تیمار C1 (40 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) و به ترتیب 9/89 و 4/91 درصد بود.}, keywords_fa = {بیوچار"," نیترات"," بیوراکتور"," زهکش زیرزمینی"}, url = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_66278.html}, eprint = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_66278_dff742810fa2b1ebf72318d10ba846a5.pdf} }
