The research process was conducted in two stages, taking into account different variables, including studied pH, temperature, absorber dosage, initial concentration of chromium ion and mixing speed. By response surface methodology, three-dimensional graphs were plotted which showed the effects and interactions of variables. Increasing on temperature from 30°C to 40°C caused more absorption of chromium; however more increase, to 50°C, led to a decrease in the absorption. At lower pH, higher adsorption occurred. In the more acidic environment, the changes in the temperatures were more effective. In the second stage, the resulting three-dimensional graphs showed pages with positive slope, versus three variables of absorber dosage, initial concentration of chromium ion and mixing speed. Increasing the dosage, initial concentration and speed, had great effects on the absorption of chromium. Equations obtained from response surface methodology represented the mathematical relationship between the absorption of chromium as a function of variables; with coefficients of determination above 95%. Absorption values for different circumstances were predicted using the model equations and compared with the experimental results, which showed the desirable fittings.}, keywords = {Environmental pollutants,biosorption,chromium ion,residual biofuel,response surface methodology}, title_fa = {مطالعة فرآیند پالایش زیستی آلایندة یون کروم (VI) از محیط‏های آبی توسط پسماند سوخت زیستی با استفاده از روش آماری پاسخ رویة سطح}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این تحقیق مطالعه فرآیند حذف یونهای کروم (VI) از محیطهای آبی با استفاده از بیوجاذب کیک نفت، توسط روش طراحی آزمایش و مدلسازی پاسخ رویة سطح بود. بررسی فرایند در دو مرحله و هر بار با در نظر گرفتن سه متغیر انجام گرفت. در یک بخش اثرات pH محیط، دما، غلظت جاذب و در بخش دیگر غلظت جاذب، غلظت اولیة یون کروم و سرعت اختلاط مطالعه شدند. توسط روش پاسخ سطح، نمودارهای سه بعدی که شامل اثرات و برهمکنش متغیرها بود، ترسیم و تحلیل شد. افزایش دما تا°C 40 باعث جذب بیشتر کروم شد، با این حال افزایش بیشتر آن تا°C 50 کاهش جذب را نتیجه داد. در pH کمتر، جذب بیشتری اتفاق افتاد. با این حال در محیط اسیدیتر، روند کاهشی جذب کروم با دما، شدت بیشتری گرفت. در مرحلة دوم، نمودارهای سه بعدی بهدست آمده، صفحات با شیب مثبت را نشان دادند و به ترتیب افزایش غلظت جاذب، غلظت اولیه و دور همزن اثر مثبت بر افزایش جذب کروم داشتند. معادلات بهدست آمده از روش پاسخ سطح رابطة ریاضی میزان جذب کروم بر حسب متغیرها را نشان داد، که به ترتیب ضرایب تعیین 95% و 99% برای آنها بهدست آمد. مقادیر میزان جذب برای شرایط متفاوت با استفاده از معادلات مدلشده، پیشبینی و محاسبه شده و با نتایج آزمایشگاهی مقایسه شد که تطبیق رضایت بخشی را نشان دادند.}, keywords_fa = {Environmental pollutants,biosorption,chromium ion,residual biofuel,response surface methodology}, url = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_64909.html}, eprint = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_64909_17db49147761013d9e175d819a039cfb.pdf} }
