Because of their persistency and non-biodegradation, metals can pose a threat to health of human and other organisms. Sediment, fish (lucioperca Stizostedion and Cyprinus carpio), and common reed (Phragmites australis) samples were collected from Sattarkhan dam for investigating their heavy metal concentrations. Dry and ashed sediment, fish, and common reed samples were digested using concentrated nitric acid and their heavy metals (As, Cu and Cd) concentrations were measured using an ICP-OES instrument. One-way ANOVA test was used to examine the difference among accumulation of various metals in plant, sediment and fish. Results showed that there were significant differences between metal concentrations in samples (P<0.001). No correlation was found among concentration of metals in sediment, plant and fish samples. Arsenic in sediments and arsenic and cadmium in fish tissues were higher than the international standards. Calculation of bioaccumulation factor (BAF) showed that Phragmites australis can accumulate these metals and may be used as their bioindicator in aquatic environments. Based on the high concentrations of metals which determined in sediment and fish samples, monitoring and controlling of heavy metals in this ecosystem are considered as a necessary approach.}, keywords = {arsenic,Bioaccumulation,fish,Cadmium,Copper,Sattarkhan dam}, title_fa = {بررسی تجمع فلزات سنگین در رسوب، ماهی و گیاه نی در سد ستارخان}, abstract_fa = {افزایش روزافزون فعالیت‌های صنعتی منجر به ورود آلودگی‌ها به محیط‌زیست به‌خصوص منابع آبی شده است. فلزات سنگین ازجمله آلودگی‌های مهمی هستند که به‌دلیل پایداری و عدم تجزیة زیستی و احتمال ورود آن‌ها به زنجیرة غذایی، خطر برای سلامت انسان و سایر موجودات را در پی خواهد داشت. جهت بررسی وضعیت آلودگی در سد ستارخان، نمونة رسوب، گیاه نی (Phragmites australis) و ماهی کپور (Cyprinus carpio) و سوف (lucioperca Stizostedion) از این سد برداشت شد. بر روی نمونه‌ها هضم اسیدی خشک با استفاده از اسید‌نیتریک غلیظ انجام شد و غلظت فلزات کادمیم، آرسنیک و مس با استفاده از دستگاه ICP-OES اندازه‌گیری شد. آزمون آماری تجزیة واریانس یک‌طرفه جهت بررسی اختلاف غلظت فلزات بین نمونه‌ها معنا‌دار شد (P< 0.001). همبستگی معنا‌داری بین غلظت فلزات در رسوب و غلظت فلزات در گیاه و ماهی مشاهده نشد (P> 0.05). همچنین، نتایج نشان داد غلظت فلز آرسنیک در رسوب بیش از استاندارد جهانی بود. در بافت ماهی‌های بررسی‌شده نیز غلظت فلز آرسنیک و کادمیم بیش از استانداردهای جهانی بررسی شد. گیاه نی مقدار زیادی از فلزات سنگین را در خود تجمع داده است که توانایی این گیاه در تجمع فلزات سنگین را نشان می‌دهد. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده تدوین برنامة کنترلی جهت پایش آلودگی در منطقه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.}, keywords_fa = {آرسنیک,تجمع زیستی,سد ستارخان,کادمیم,ماهی,مس}, url = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_51001.html}, eprint = {https://jne.ut.ac.ir/article_51001_efa089be0a81e433eb48687e480ceb84.pdf} }
